would not use again I was not exposed, the mattress is too soft, and it has a lower left hand side on the right hand side to the left hand side, if you made it more clear in your small print that a mattress wouldn't be exchanged after an hour of trying it, I would not of bought from you in the first place, you are very unhelpful, I told you on an email I am housebound so can't go out to try mattresses, I HOPE YOU ENJOY HAVING MY £439, AS THE ONLY PLACE FIT FOR THIS MATTRESS IS THE TIP

Excellent service and excellent product (Bedmaster Emperor Orthopaedic Divan Bed Set). Slight damage to a drawer (due to delivery/transit not manufacturer/product) but BBD provided a new drawer without quibble within days. Would recommend - plenty of other sharks out there !

I ordered a bed and mattress on Wednesday and spoke to Jason who was extremely helpful and told me it will be delivered on Friday. I had conformation later that day and then the night before delivery I was given a time slot. On the delivery day I had a phone call telling me they would be with me within the hour the delivery men were amazing and carried the bed to my room of choice. I would definitely recommend this company and actually have already today. Thank you for making the order so easy.

Shout out to your web page creators, the easiest site to use that I have come across ever, great to use, simple efficient to navigate, impressive delivery man carried mattress all the way upstairs and into the room all by himself, he was quietly courteous, smiling, pleasant and helpful. I bought two double beds from Beds Direct. Delivery was arranged. It was a nightmare because the delivery company did not deliver the beds as agreed. They claimed that we were not in to accept the beds. However my building has 24 hour front desk. We have also informed my front desk to expect the delivery and to let them to the unit. I had thought that there were miscommunication however I spoke to my concierge and found out that NO ONE has arrived at my building. The re-arrangement for delivery is also very unpleasant. I was made to pay additional fees to arrange the delivery and even if I want to cancel the order I have to pay a fees. I did feel that it was unfair to me because my building has 24 hour access - so in what circumstance did the delivery men decide that they are unable to deliver the bed. Did they even turn up at my building? If they did they would know that there is a front desk!

Subsequently it took another additional 4 days for the beds to be delivered. We had to sleep on the floor for 4 nights.

When the re-arranged delivery were finally made, we found that the delivery men were most unhelpful. We asked some questions as there were two different beds. They kept repeating "we are just delivering, we have no further information". Do note that the items were all delivered in pieces and you have to figure out how each pieces were meant to be fitted together and assemble them yourselves.

If I was not in urgent need of the beds, I would have cancel the order. It has been such an unpleasant experience. I will definitely not be a repeat customer.
