Thank you for sharing your concerns. We are truly sorry to hear that you fell ill, and we understand how difficult it can be to deal with such situations. We strive to maintain a fair and reasonable cancellation policy to ensure all our members have the opportunity to attend classes.

Regarding the £3 cancellation fee, this is typically applied when a cancellation is made after the cutoff time, which helps us manage class availability and staffing. We completely understand that emergencies like illness can happen at any time, and we are happy to remove any penalty fees based on this information. Please speak to staff at the centre and they will assist you further with the removal of a penalty fee due to illness/unforeseen circumstances.
