The centre and pools
This is a lovely leisure centre with good pools.My granddaughter is there every week for lessons.However the shower area is cramped with water either very hot or very cold and toilets are often dirty.

Quality family time

Brandon was amazing fixing a manageable…
Brandon was amazing fixing a manageable programme to take account of my health issues. He was patient too. I felt great going to the gym again after waiting so long to get a new referral from the GP. Thank you. I really felt BETTER after my visit!

Took 4 weeks to renew my membership…
Took 4 weeks to renew my membership even now I am not happy with outcome very expensive as there is not a swim only membership
Centre still not very clean staff are good and friendly bit centre looks a bit tatty

Welcoming and friendly staff
I have been a member for many years and have noticed a huge change in the standards of the centre over the last few months. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. I took my toddler to the soft play for the first time on Thursday and he absolutely loved the variety of toys to play with.

The Dorking gym needs a thorough deep…
The Dorking gym needs a thorough deep clean. Reception desk sticky and what looked like blood on the inside doors of the lift.
I gave 2 stars because the staff were good but please get the place cleaned

A good friend of mine has been using…
A good friend of mine has been using this facility whilst the Leatherhead pool is closed. She has challenging family circumstances and her swimming is beneficial to her mental health. Sadly, although the staff have been okay, the “locals” have been downright hostile to the point that she now feels unable to return. We used to be a pleasant and welcoming society in this country, but it appears that good manners and kindness have deserted the good folk of Dorking. Shame on you for your treatment of the “Leatherhead lot”. Disgusting.

Facilities great, staff brilliant and friendly. Maintenance needs improving, locker doors need repairing and faulty equipment needs repairing much quicker

Dorking is dated
Your dorking branch could really do with some investment. The changing rooms are very dated, floors dirty and the toilets etc are so old.
I’d also highly recommend something is done about the lack of parking for mother and child. 3-4 spaces in a car park of probably 300 cars isn’t good enough.

Good facilities include Steam
Good facilities include Steam, a sauna, and a Swimming pool. It's a clean place. However, they need to improve the timing for off-peak members. The spa is closed from 1:30 to 4.00 PM, which is not a good idea.
