Good Morning,

Thank you for your review. You're absolutely right to ask for clarification.

The standard full price for graduate membership is £32. Healthwise members graduate to this membership type once they have completed the standard 2 year Healthwise membership. 

Senior memberships, like the one priced at £26, offer great value but may have limitations regarding class access, which is why some sessions may not be available under that option.

If you'd like, we’d be happy to review your current membership and help ensure you’re getting the best option based on your needs and preferences. Please feel free to speak to a member of our team at reception or get in touch directly.

We understand that moving equipment like the bikes can be unexpected, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We'll review our setup process to see how we can better support participants before class begins.

Regarding the studio temperature, we aim to keep the environment comfortable and energising, but we recognise that it may have been too warm during your session. We’ll follow up with our team to ensure better climate control moving forward.

We also appreciate your comments on the music selection. We strive to create a motivating atmosphere, and we’re sorry it didn’t align with your preferences this time. Your input will help us improve the overall experience.
