But what about subsequent classes?
The course was informative, but also gave information to progress further.
Big problem, I cannot book any further classes, they are always full.

Dirty place just been told off for…
Dirty place just been told off for wearing trainers but the floor is discussing and 2 life guards was wearing a dirty pair of shoe one was wearing crocs and the other was wearing training that was really dirty by the pool. so if I get vacuous ill be sueing but life guards get to where trainers so if thats the case if it doesn't get sorted ill be cancelling my membership and going some where else thats cleaner and more nicer

The facility is well equipped
The facility is well equipped, clean equipment and ample parking.
Unfortunately the toilets are not in great condition post lunchtime and this is not just to staff but the people that use them!

I was recently a member at the gym newport rd.decided to go to better gym as its closer to home however I was disappointed by the equipment upstairs and the water fountain was downstairs.

Perfect service and very quick
I couldn’t access my account today so I contacted better with my issues the response I got was instant they sent me my personal ID number then I couldn’t remember my password so I contacted better again instantly they said me a link to change my password I managed to book my exercise class for tomorrow I can’t thank them enough for instant help really appreciate the polite and friendly Sarah well done better team x

I signed up on a monthly basis for…
I signed up on a monthly basis for swimming but when I booked there were 22 places available only to be told when I was in the pool that the children were coming in to have swimming lessons so we were asked to move into a lane, 1 lane available for 7 adults it's bloody disgraceful you pay your money
Why can't we have 2 lanes available there were only about 15 to 20 children taken up 4 fifths of the pool

Bureaucracy gone mad
I’ve had a healthwise doctor-supported subscription for two years - I’m 83 and during that period have had two new knees - Last week I was informed without prior notice that my monthly subscription had gone up to £25 a month. I complained, but though £20 a month subscription was restored, this is provisional on obtaining ( again at expense!) another doctor’s recomnendation.
I walk with walking poles, am not likely to improve much. It would be cheaper for me to pay each time I go, and more inconvenient for me and the leisure centre. To cap it all, yeaterday the whole class tur ed up for a Healthwise session to find no instructor - and no-one able to supervise us, so the class could not take place - no offer of a refund either

We are very sorry to hear about the recent issues with your Healthwise subscription and the unexpected price increase. We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing it must be to be asked to provide another doctor’s referral.
We’re also very sorry about the missed Healthwise session and the lack of supervision. That should never have happened, and we understand how inconvenient it must have been for the whole group.

In my experience of going to a better…
In my experience of going to a better facility is it has always been a friendly welcoming atmosphere there, staff are only to willing to help with any queries you might have,at the centre there is a variety of classes to suit everyone of any age and discibility the staff will always accomodate you to your ability, which is why the classes are so popular because everyone is so friendly.Its the only place i enjoy going too.

Great facilities at Eastern Leisure Centre
The Eastern Leisure Centre has a wide range of classes including specialist classes for people with disabilities or health issues. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking available and the centre is always clean and in a good state of repair. There are also cafe facilities on the ground floor and the food is reasonable priced

the website is a joke and the fees a total rip off
the website is a joke, the app is a joke, i have to always re set my password when i know 10% the password is correct. it gives me no prgress on my childs activities and when arranging a lesson, i have to sign up for a direct debit and then the page takes me to a payment screen tp apy with card, time wating data gathering and basically not user freindly. i know at least 12 people who do not go to you classes as tp book is a joke. and the bpooking fee is atotal piss take ypou should be ashamed charging young famillies a £12.50 booking fee. scum
