A great sports and leisure centre
For myself after a spell of ill health returning to the gym seemed difficult but after a visit to the centre it was really easy to speak with staff join classes and become a member in a very short time, and now with the group Session's i attend twice a week

Great Gym & Classes
Never used gym or classes previously.
Found the staff more than helpful and the facilities plentiful. Many classes to choose from at different levels
Gym plenty of equipment and assistance
Very clean in all areas, nice cafe area extremely friendly helpful staff

Returning to exercise
My wife and I attend various fitness classes at Eastern. The instructors are always very helpful and encouraging- they’ve made returning to exercise a pleasurable experience for us both.

Just about better than nothing.
Since being taken over by better, everything has gone downhill. Public swimming sessions have been sidelined, chopped and changed in favour of money spinners. The changing rooms are dirty and in need of a good clean. Hairdryers are broken for months on end.

Paid membership but not accessible to me
I had paid for a membership but never was able to access the membership in any way possible so I was wondering if I could cancel my membership and get a refund or not
