Friendly staff
I have just moved areas and signed up with Better Gym I booked an hour induction which was excellent focused on areas I requested suggesting lots of exercises to do. All the staff were really friendly and happy to help when you are there. The equipment is kept up to date, overall a nice place to go

Friendly staff, personalised programme for me through ‘Healthwise’ which is very helpful.
Gym clean and well set out.
Swimming pool clean and tidy.
LOCKERS IN GYM AND SWIMMING POOL CHANGING ROOMS DO NOT ALWAYS WORK. POT LUCK TO FIND ONE THAT WORKS!

I had an issue with setting up my account, the customer service team were brilliant, replied quickly and sorted my issues in a great and supportive manner. I’ve since attended an induction which was brilliant and have been multiple times and had great experiences every time!

I attend Energise, York for the supervised Gym and Aquafit. Both are helpful for my impaired mobility and the staff are extremely friendly and supportive.
