I like the staff but communications are bad . The same machines have been broken for over three weeks no update has been given just a sign saying out of order

DISABLED UNFRIENDLY
So I called today about their disabled swimming. Spoke to a rather aggressive person. I explained my daughter has just joined and she wanted me to join too, she said the pools are very cold. So thought I would enquire about the temperature. She said 28degrees. Then went straight in with they have had no complaints and will not be turning it up. At that point I ended the call. I am of course disappointed as I’ve seen a lot of other pools with 30 to 32 degrees. But due to location I sadly can’t get to those areas! I just can’t get into cold water. It’s never the costs, it’s about the service!!! Disabled Unfriendly

I am very sorry to hear of your recent experience when you contacted us to query the pool temperature at the Finchley Lido leisure centre. The pool temperature is 28 degrees but due to the warm weather this currently feels more like 30 degrees. I understand that you are unable to get into cold water so apologise that you are unable to use this centre due to the temperature.
I will forward your feedback in regards to the tone of the staff member you spoke to directly to the centre manager so further staff training can be given if required. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused when you contacted us.

The instractor was mostly busy with others and to many kids inside the pool uncontrolable.

Thank you for your review.
I am very sorry to hear of your recent experience at your child's first swimming lesson. The lessons are in groups so the Instructor is able to teach the children together, but I apologise if you feel like your child did not get the attention they required. If you feel the same when your child attend's their next lesson, please speak to the Swim Teacher in regards to your concerns so these can be addressed. I am sure they will be happy to listen and provide advise if required.
