Nice pool, enjoyable class
My adult beginners/improvers lesson at Robinsons Pool was just what I need. The Improvers were taught in a separate area to the beginners and Hazel gave me some great feedback to improve my front crawl. It was my first time at the pool and I was impressed with the clean spacious changing rooms and excellent range of pools. Staff were helpful and pleasant, especially the man on the front desk who gave me extra directions as he noticed it was my first visit. The centre manager gave me a printout of the pool timetable and confirmed that as a swimming class member I can also use the pool at other times too.

A very positive experience
Lyndsay was very, patient, helpful and understanding of my aims.
He carefully showed me how to set each machine and how to use it correctly, to recieve the most benefit.
He explained all of the options I have now I am a member and will continue to guide and assist, if I need.
All the staff were very kind, knowledgeable and helpful.

Im appealing for a refund...
Im appealing.... my right cancel and receive a refund. I basically got told I wasn't receiving a refund. History
So, I fear for my safety due to an overcrowded class with one teacher dealing with lots of different people's swimming abilities. He admitted himself he need help. You had a lifeguard on his phone and playing with his walkie talkie, and another chatting to another staff member, flirting with each other and the teacher dealing with a lady that damaged her shoulder. Is this ok with you!

Booking fixed by phone — please improve online responsiveness
Booking was eventually corrected, and the phone staff were helpful. However, online support was very slow or absent: my post on X and email (ticket #5590267) received no useful reply, and the initial confirmation listed the wrong day (Monday instead of Tuesday). Without calling the centre, this wouldn’t have been fixed. Please improve responsiveness on online channels and the accuracy of the booking system.

The app makes things really easy. Everything is intuitive and booking classes is incredibly easy - there is also a good range of classes and times available.

Hi l am not having good experiences
Hi l am not having good experiences. I booked on with over a week ago and still haven t been able to book anything. Unfortunately l had a change over my phone for new one and lost my emails with my ID s and passwords, l have asked for help someone was supposed to ring me ,but no one did, l asked again am still waiting for my phone. Could someone help me or l ll have too cancel. Very frustrated

Swimming is an issue
Swimming is an issue, the lifeguards do not do anything about the people who are swimming in the slow lane that swim straight down the middle and could go in a faster lane, as someone who is a slow swimmer, I find it very frustrating and I have complained about this before and nothing gets done

Swimming lessons great but but website not user friendly
Have very recently started swimming lessons for my toddler and I had no idea what to expect but she has been absolutely loving the lessons!! The instructor is calm and friendly and the children feel safe and happy with him, his instructions are clear and the lessons are very well thought out, and the songs are great fun. My little girl has started singing some of the songs in the bath so she’s clearly enjoying them! We look forward to swimming every week now. Only thing preventing 5 stars is actually the website and app, it’s just not user friendly at all and trying to book a normal swim session on there or view the pools timetable is way more complicated than it should be. For that reason if I want to book anything I end up calling or going in person as I just can’t get on with the app at all!

I only stay for the morning classes…
I only stay for the morning classes with Piotr, he is an amazing instructor, I really do appreciate all his hard work so early in the morning, alot of us can only work out that early so it's great that Piotr and Better enable us to do so. Would highly recommend

Been using Robinson pool since 1975 so 50 years so it’s somewhere I’m very familiar with .
Stand out people for me are Darren (manager ) Piotr instructor they take there job very seriously and do everything they can to keep things moving in the right direction . So big thumbs up from me 👍🏾
