Dear SS,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to personally thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us regarding your experience at the Southgate Leisure Centre. Your opinion is highly appreciated and helps us to improve our services.
I am thrilled to hear that you have been enjoying the leisure centre and its excellent facilities. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to providing the highest level of service to our valued clients like you.
That being said, I am sorry to hear that the leisure centre does not offer many evening swim sessions that would fit your schedule. Once again, thank you for your valuable feedback. If you have any additional comments or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
Best regards,
Charmaine
