I'm very happy to recommend wembley leshur centre good kindly service .very helpful staff. Specially ladies safety. Very friendly good staff qnd service. Personally I recomanded for every one wembley leshur centre is good place.

Wembley - I’ve joined for the swimming only so can’t say anything about the gym, but the facilities are first class. Very clean changing rooms and pool. Special shout out to Heida at the front desk, very nice guy. I went up to join and he was very helpful, I seen his interactions with the other punters and he was lovely to everyone. Thanks Heida!

A really supportive environment, including for people with extremely limited capacity.
I encountered involuntary near immobility eleven years ago (the onset of postural hypotension). The effects were progressive until I was bedbound. After a slight improvement two years ago I have been able to gradually increase my mobility again. To find an environment where I can start to reverse the consequences of the past eleven years is incredible and I have so appreciated the consideration of both staff and fellow customers at the centre. To discover I could quietly work within my capacities - not surprisingly my cardiovascular system has deteriorated really badly and is my limiting factor - was a revelation. And my daughter could even drop me off and pick me up at the last session without being blocked in in the access lay-by!
I have really appreciated the window of opportunity in something I would never have dreamed would be appropriate for me, and the consideration that has been shown to me. I am hoping to make the best possible use of the opportunity and think it will make a real difference to my quality of life.
I would like to express my thanks to all who made this possible - including the membership admin who assisted with my membership application, all the staff I have encountered and my fellow customers. It is life changing, thanks to their support.

Perfect 10
By far I have got an opportunity to visit the gym 4 times in 2 weeks. This is due to my busy and hectic work schedule. So far everything seems perfect, however I will get back to you if I notice anything that needs to be done better. For now it 5 stars

Swimming pool and 2saunas
Swimming pool and sauna rooms are nice but the pool and the female changing room are sometimes messy. Staff are helpful. I decided to be a member after few visits of one-off payment.

Unnecessarily big cardio area which is under-utilised. And too small a weights area which is always crowded.

SCAM AND A WASTE OF MONEY, impossible to book a fitness class
I spent £50 to join my local centre to do weekly pilates classes... throughout THE WHOLE 2 MONTHS IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO BOOK A SINGLE class even though (!!) I tried a week ahead (!!!) logging in at 1 am or 3 am whenever I get a note that 'there was place available' - it is virtually impossible to book a pilates class. Then, after a month, I had to cancel my membership because of the above and guess what? They charge you £50 - one month fee to leave only to once again not be able to book A SINGLE PILATES CLASS IN 2 MONTHS. £100 FOR NOTHING, absolutely abysmal, it is a scam and I am thinking of reporting them to get at least 50 % back .it is a scam. a lie, stealing money under the pretence of having fitness classes. IMPOSSIBLE TO BOOK THEM. SHAMEFUL, IN 2024 WITH COST OF LIVING CRISIS THESE PEOPLE GET AWAY WITH STEALING FROM PEOPLE...ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL AND DISHONEST

Thank you for your review.
We do not sell fitness class memberships so your membership would usually give you access to gym, swimming and fitness classes. Therefore if you are unable to book into a class there are other activities you can attend.
All exercise classes are released at 10pm, 7 days in advance for members and 5 days for non-members. These are bookable on a first-come-first serve basis and whilst some classes may fill up more than others, we recommend members put themselves on the waiting list if a class is full as a lot of customers do cancel as the class gets closer and then spaces will be released for other customers to book.
We do not charge a cancellation fee on memberships so I can only surmise that you cancelled less than 20 days before your next Direct Debit was due which is why you would have been charged another months fee. You are able to use your membership during this period.

Opening hours and timetable
Overall it is great being there, most of the staff is admirable but the issue is only with its opening hours because in this era everyone is busy some may have spare time mid night or day time anyway but the gym timings are certain and limited access it should be 24/7 and the amenities like swimming pool, sauna and steam bath is available for adults for only a short period of time so it makes the site rushy and exclude all those who can't manage their time accordingly as well. So, the timings for these amenities should be increased.
