We understand how upsetting and frustrating it must be to have your personal belongings interfered with, especially in a place where you should feel safe and supported. Please accept our sincere apologies that you did not receive the appropriate communication or follow-up, including a formal apology, after these incidents occurred.

We take security and the wellbeing of our members very seriously, and your feedback highlights areas where we clearly need to improve—both in our locker security measures and in how we handle and respond to such situations. While our current policy states that items left in lockers are at members' own risk, we acknowledge the confusion and concern this may cause, particularly when bags are not permitted in gym or activity areas.

Your concerns have been escalated to our management team, and we are actively reviewing our procedures to ensure better protection and communication moving forward.
