For someone who absolutely loves the BF Goodrich brand, i've received the worst customer experience from Michelin support who handle BF's services.

All 4 tyres are subject to a manufacturer fault which has resulted in all being unusable due to cracking all at the same time, less than 12 months and <6k miles from the time of cracking, that VW recommended during a service to take them off for safety reasons. I've received such bad customer service in trying to get a warranty claim raised, that the process is still ongoing after 4 months.

Appalling customer service, I have been trying for months to get a particular set of their tyres for a project I am building, have been told several times through Facebook that 'someone' will call me and sort it out, they never have, like talking to a brick wall! This company has obviously got too big for the small customers now, you will see their name plastered all over big events and big performers, but an individual is ignored! The UK site does not even have an obvious means by which to contact them! I know they won't care but I am now moving to a different brand as I cannot keep waiting on them!
