True incompetence

At a crucial time when changing vehicles they showed their true incompetence, could not get an answer on the telephone, tried many times, did not respond to emails, instead of transferring a policy to my new vehicle they just cancelled my old policy just to get the ridiculously extortionate cancellation fees, awful company, avoid at all costs!

Incompetence and lies

It has taken me weeks to get my refund for an item that was never delivered, every time I ran to talk to someone there was no note of the issue, therefore I had to continually repeat myself!

Lexham used to be good

Lexham used to be good, but no longer, they have become a disgusting organisation, they fail to respond to messages using their online process, they fail to answer the phone, and they charge disgusting fees without even getting back to me about my queries re the way forward and my new quad, what a disgusting company!

Calming and professional.

Have experienced some terrible solicitors in the past but Hayward Moon have been excellent, especially Lynne Warren at the Colchester branch. We have had a lengthy process due to breaks in the sale chain but Lynne has kept it calm and professional, excellent response speeds to queries raised, we have finally got there!

Their communications need improving as…

Their communications need improving as does the website itself, it took 3 attempts to get my ad actually working as there are bugs in their system, it also took them 2 weeks to respond to requests for help.

A-Plan were an excellent company, but this lot!

A-Plan were an excellent company, great customer service, great approach to meeting your needs, however this lot! Got an email telling me my renewal was coming up, can't do it online so you have to call them, problem is, whenever you call no one answers and you get the "we are very busy" crap! Probably dealing with customer complaints looking at the reviews! Shame A-Plan has gone! Time to look elsewhere!

Sent an item via eBay using Packlink

Sent an item via eBay using Packlink, assumed as linked with eBay that Packlink would be a good company, they managed to destroy the item that was posted including breaking two metal rods in half! I have followed their claims process to the letter and am still waiting for compensation, they seem to do anything at all to avoid paying out! How the delivery guy even managed to cause that sort of damage is unbelievable, he must have driven over the parcel to have caused that much damage!

P5326743 arrived with my customer today and your delivery guy has managed to break two metal poles as part of the item, how on earth you managed that I have no idea!! I know you guys are rubbish but this is unbelievable, I thought something with metal poles would have been safe!
You owe me!

Scrivens in Colchester, appalling service!

Scrivens in Colchester. Absolutely appalling treatment of my 100 year old mother, they repeatedly offered her appointments at places that were inaccessible for her, eventually got her an appointment at one of their satellite sites, sorted her aids out and said they would order new ear inserts for her. Weeks later we get a letter saying she needed to see her GP! We get an appointment and take her to GP, the GP said she has asked to check if Mums ears are clean before sending a referral, obviously they are clean as she had recently had them cleaned and had also seen the Scrivens consultant! What a waste of the GP's time! Then some weeks later we get a call from the GP surgery saying they had to do a new referral as Scrivens had retrospectively applied new rulings which meant my mother had to start all over again!!! She is 100 years old and has been through all this for nothing, Scrivens are appalling!

You'll see an attached response from Scrivens, its a standard response that gets sent to everyone on social media that has a complaint about them, nothing changes, disgusting organisation.

App doesn't work, can't take bookings, waste of time!
