Very quick at answering specific questions I had that weren’t covered by the FAQ. Frame and mount arrived and were a perfect fit!

We ordered a 70 X 100cm frame at a cost of 45 euro and it potentially is the worst quality product I have ever purchased. There are scratches all over the frame. The frame broke whilst putting a picture in it. The overall material is cheap and not fit for purpose. To charge 45 euro for this sort of quality can only be described as a scam.

Delivery is slow, about 2 weeks. The picture is not glass it's a plastic. The insert and frame are made very well. Overall expensive but is really good quality and looks well. You can't get the size I wanted locally so I was happy to pay a bit more for the exact size

The frames arrived well packaged and fast. They weren’t what I was looking for - a little flimsy and with plastic instead of glass (my mistake - I thought ‘acrylic glass’ was a type of real glass). The customer service I received was superb, though. They went out of their way to help and ensure I was happy.

First time to use this company. Delivery was great. Frame was well packed and exactly what I wanted. I will definitely use this service again.

I ordered 4 x ornate gold A4 frames, and I’m delighted with them.
I’ve never ordered from this company before, but decided to give them a try as I struggled to find what I wanted in Irish shops.
Frames are fab & securely packaged, prices were good, delivery time was reasonable, and I received communication every step of the way.
Would recommend.

I thought this was an Irish company (.ie domain), but it happens to be a Swedish company. Bought 3 cut to measure mirror glasses. It took very long time to arrive, despite they advising 5-9 working days. When I finally got the mirrors they were all shattered in pieces, not a single one in one piece. The mirrors were poorly packed, with no protection whatsoever between the mirrors, just a simple piece of paper between them, which is a disaster! Now I'm trying to contact them and will probably wait another long time to get a replacement. Avoid if you're in need of anything to arrive fast.

I first time heard about this company, so I was a bit sceptical , but was quite quick on everything. Fantastic. Will definitely look in more in other products what they sell

The range of beautiful and modern mirrors made selection of just one a little difficult, suppose that's a good thing.
Good price and speedy deliver rounded off a very good buying experience.

Extremely slow shipping even after paying extra for expedited delivery. One of the frames feels very cheap. Other one is ok
