This was the first time I had used Best Heath Clinics and was surprised at how professional the whole process was for my treatment.

Visited best health Hornchurch after a long absence re covid.Everything was as before explained very nicely with a professional attitude.They seem keen on good customer service which makes a nice change these days.

This is the first time i have used this service and….it was amazing!!, the staff are very friendly and professional. Aiesha (sorry if i spelt it wrong) was amazing she showed me all the services they offer and gave me great advice and tips on how to keep my teeth cleaner! AMAZING SERVICE

I cannot fault my experience at all from reception to the caring dentist Ayesha and of course Kerry the hygienist
VIP treatment every visit and I have certainly have been a challenge at times.

The service I received was superb. Staff were polite professional and took time to explain procedures clearly and transparently. Time was taken to double-check details -- efficient but unrushed. I will absolutely use the clinic again and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Ayesha is such a friendly, caring and gentle dentist who put me at my ease. The receptionist, Lily, was so nice and very helpful. I can highly recommend this practice.

I always have a brilliant experience when attending Best Health Clinics for my regular hygiene appointments. The way that the clinic has been managed during the pandemic has been brilliant. The staff are friendly and my teeth always feel amazing afterwards.

Very nice interior and staff was professional and pleasant and I must say overly happy. The only thing is parking but being positioned there it does not surprise me.

Excellent experience from reception to clinician . After a long period of time of avoiding dentists I had to attend with a cracked tooth . A thorough examination x rays and a temp filling all provided on the day . I was reassured and a full explanation of a treatment plan and costs was discussed in detail. I would highly recommend

Super Professional Safe Welcoming and Simple. We did our fit to fly tests in a Covid free clean safe and organised environment. All 4 of us were pleased and will only go back to this clinic in future. Thank you to the Doctor and staff for providing such a good service and a fantastic customer service experience as well.
