HMRC had to chase them because they didn't submit my tax code
Big Fish "managed" my pay while i did agency work. when i went to another job I was paid basic rate for six months. I called big Fish and they stated that HMRC had to sort it out.
HMRC said otherwise and described Big Fish as being naughty because they had not informed HMRC when I left. they contacted them and did not get a reply and had to contact them a second time. A basic mistake and unwillingness to help once i had left them put me a few grand out of pocket. The HMRC had to put it right. so much for managing my pay.

Thanks for the response big fish, but you again wish to mislead. This was the 4th occasion Iâd had to contact you about the same issue. I did reach out and you ignored me and instead went to my employer thinking youâd get me in trouble for not accepting the £5 charge. Youâd agreed not to do this 3 times, and there you were again.
