Golfbag. AQUA Hybrid 3. Eine Golftasche, die in allen Lebenslagen einsetzbar ist. Auch Regenwetter hat sie gut überstanden. Leider ist zuerst der Reißverschluss am Deckel kaputtgegangen und später einer der Hauptreißverschlüsse. Tatsächlich ist der Reißverschluss bei Regentaschen, auch bei anderen Marken, wohl am schnellsten kaputt. Der Kundenservice hat beide Male sofort Ersatz geschickt. Super! Vielen Dank!

Ich nutze seit Jahren aus Überzeugung die Bags von Big Max und war bisher immer zufrieden mit der Qualität. Nun habe ich auch meine erste positive Erfahrung mit dem Service und den Menschen dahinter gemacht. Bei einem meiner Bags ist der Reißverschluss kaputt gegangen. Ein paar Bilder in einer E-Mail später, wurde mir anstandslos ein neues Bag zugeschickt. Klasse. Ich bin so begeistert, dass ich diese positive Erfahrung hier teilen möchte.

I purchased a Blade Quattro trolIey a few years ago and have always been very happy with my purchase. With over 30 years of experience using various brands, It continues to be the best trolley I've ever used.
Inevitably, after many years of use the trolley required a few replacement parts. Thankfully, Big Max golf offer several spare parts via their website. Unfortunately, after many months of trying; the replacement parts I required were seemingly never in stock from the UK website, but were readily available from the EU site. I was upset to find the Big Max EU cannot ship to the UK, and the UK operation is only a distributor for Big Max. They only carry minimal replacement parts for Big Max trolleys.
After several emails with the UK team, a very helpful member of customer service found the replacement parts salvaged from a warranty return.
I'd like to applaud the amazing work the UK team did in sourcing and supplying the refurbished parts. The Five start review is for the Big Max Golf UK and its amazing staff. Thank you so much for the fabulous way you've dealt with my problem.
I wish Big Max golf could resolve the issue of poor supply of spare parts for its UK customers. It appears many of the negative reviews on Trustpilot.com echo this sentiment.

Unable to get Big Max Blade trolly cup holder replacement.... they can't supply....never in stock cant get from manufacturer!
This is the last straw from this company. Around 70% of my blade trolly has been replaced due to bad design and poor construction.
Next time it breaks, its going to the tip!

Sehr guter Service auf eine Produktanfrage; Bearbeitung erfolgte binnen Stunden; Abwicklung der Produktbestellung war vorbildlich, transparent und immer sehr freundlich

Eines meiner Bags hatte nach fast 3 Jahren regelmäßigen Gebrauch einen Mangel. Dank der seinerzeitigen Produktregistrierung hatte es noch die verlängerte Garantie. Der Kundenservice reagierte prompt und lieferte mir innerhalb von wenigen Tagen einen Ersatz! Nochmals herzlichen Dank für die professionelle und sehr freundliche Abwicklung.

Hervorragender Kundenservice, der sehr schnell auf meine Anfrage reagiert hat. Im weiteren Verlauf wurde man kompetent und sehr freundlich durch den Reklamationsprozess geführt. Ich hatte immer das Gefühl, dass es der Sachbearbeiterin ein persönliches Anliegen war, mir zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit weiter zu helfen.
Das war in 15 Jahren das zweite Mal, dass mir im Rahmen der Garantie schnell und vollumfänglich geholfen wurde.
Mein Fazit: Big Max bietet nicht nur hervorragende und innovative Produkte sondern auch einen Service, der im (seltenen) Bedarfsfall keine Wünsche offen lässt.

Dieses Unternehmen ist an Kundenorientierung und Service nicht zu überbieten. Diese Erfahrung habe ich zum wiederholten Male gemacht als diesmal ein kleines Teil an meinem doch nicht mehr wirklich neuen Trolley kaputt ging. Jedes andere Unternehmen hätte mich zum Kauf eines neuen Trolleys aufgefordert, nicht die freundliche Mitarbeiterin von Big Max. Hier suchte man im Lager nach diesem alten Teil , fand es und sendete es mir schnell und KOSTENLOS zu. Wo gibt es das noch ? Meinen riesen Dank. Meine Familie und ich werden treue Kunden von Big Max bleiben !!!

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem neuen Bag! Sieht nicht nur super aus, sondern ist auch extrem durchdacht. Alles hat seinen Platz, es ist leicht, stabil und wetterfest. Der Schläger-Organizer ist für mich persönlich ein Gamechanger!
Auch der Service war top: schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. So macht Einkaufen Spaß. Ganz klare Empfehlung von mir!

Nachdem ein Reißverschluss meines Big Max Cartbags plötzlich defekt war, wurde im Rahmen der Garantie direkt ein neues Ersatzba geliefert. Daher war meine Erfahrung mit dem Kundenservice sehr positiv.

Generell finde ich Cartbag und Trolley nach Benutzung an einigen Ecken grundsätzlich aber nicht durchdacht und insgesamt zu teuer.

Auf der Messe kennengelernt. Gute Produkte, gute Qualität, gute Preise in der Liga, in der Big Max spielt. Gehört nicht zu den großen Premiummarken, versucht aber dort auch nicht mitzuspielen. Preis Leistung passt daher.

I purchased an IQ+ Push cart from Big Max. After ten months of heavy use, the brake cable snapped up near the toggle, which is unserviceable. Design gripes aside around the brake, they honored their warranty and shipped a new cart in days. Absolutely impeccable customer service.

I bought a Big Max Dri-Lite Seven G golf bag through Clubhouse Golf. After just 5 months and fewer than 20 rounds, the material next to the handle (not the straps) had worn through, revealing a 3 inch hole. Whilst it was the area that would sit against the wearer's back when used with the straps, the tissue-paper like material should not have fallen apart in the manner it has. The shaft protection at the top of the club dividers have also worn through. The legs are also an issue - they are made of a very thin metal, and bent after catching the back of my waterproof trousers, whilst walking. Whilst Clubhouse Golf were trying to hide behind a manufacturer's warranty, Big Max refused to recognise the poor construction of the bag as a warranty issue. Of course, under the 2015 CRA and the threat of legal action, Clubhouse caved and are sending me a replacement, thankfully not another Big Max. I won't be going near another Bix Max item, because of both their design and build quality, and their lamentable customer support.

Tres bon sac, pratique. Mais les tirettes sont une cata. Toutes cassées après 5 saisons hiver d’utilisation, et je suis quelqu’un de soigneux. Ce n’est pas l’avis du vendeur (Golf Center Wavre), qui m’a pris de haut. Client depuis 21 ans, ils ne me verront plus.

Bought a Big Max Big Max Aqua Silencio 4 cart bag at the beginning of September 2024. The zipper of the rain hood broke within 3 weeks. The manufacturer/importer does not provide a warranty because the bag was purchased from golftaspro and they are not an official dealer of these products. So that's just bad

Bought an IQ 360 about 5 months ago. the quick look button on the side of the handle sheered off . Sent a request to Big Max asking for a replacement to be sent, at my own cost. They said it was a warranty issue and we would have to go through their website for a claim. It is very clear to me ,after several attempts to do this, that they make it so difficult that most people will just forget it and NEVER buy anything Big Max again ,like me.
I chose Big Max because I thought it was a premium brand, it is certainly a premium price but the after sales is quite frankly rubbish . Strongly recommend ANY other brand.I wish I had read reviews before buying .
