The service not good as agreed I bought a car it had some black marks and some white marks on the driver seat he told me it will cleaned I mentioned that to the rep about it nothing was done when I came to collect the car I gave him a weeks time still nothing was done

I like the showroom, the selection of cars and pre purchase service.

However pne payments were done, i felt i was just being bounced from counter to counter.

And on collection i was seen 90 mins after my appointment time

Good selection of vehicles on site.Have purchased 3 vehicles over the past few years.Found the staff helpful and polite.Your warranty is absolutely disgusting and not worth the money as we were told that we would not be paid anything because it was due to wear and tear.We paid £1400.00 for the warranty and were told that it covered all potential issues.Suggest that you remove all of your warranty advertising and be truthful with customers.

My name is Hasan . Around 5 months ago, I visited Big Motoring World - Enfield to purchase a car. At first, everything seemed very positive. They offered tea and coffee, and during the sales process, they make you feel comfortable and valued.

However, things changed completely after I purchased the car. I bought a Mercedes-Benz E-Class and, trusting the company, I also purchased their 3-month warranty along with an extended warranty.

After 4 months, a serious issue appeared. I later found out that both the front and rear brake discs were worn out and close to their limit, which is a major safety concern.

I contacted the company immediately. They guided me through some steps and directed me to certain garages, but those garages were giving appointments 2–3 weeks later just for inspection. Even after explaining that this was urgent and related to the braking system, no quick solution was provided.

I was left going back and forth between Big Motoring World - Enfield and the garages, with no one taking responsibility. I am currently forced to use the car in an unsafe condition.

When I spoke to the branch manager, I was told, “there is nothing we can do.”

I deeply regret buying a car and warranty from Big Motoring World - Enfield. I would not recommend them to anyone, and I will never purchase a car from them again.

Excellent assistance from your guys from the start including arrangements for the part exchange & the financing package. My new car is great too!

Booked appointment, arrived on time. No one to serve and getting delayed. Reached out to reception and received response “we don’t book appointments here”
Left without seeing the car. Made unnecessary journey despite having an appointment!

I was very pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and courtesy and transparency of the whole process as well as the friendliness of the staff. I've always found buying cars a bit of a stressful experience as there is a lot that can go wrong but I can honestly say that the experience was great from start to finish. Daniel the sales rep was professional and took me through the details of the car, the car was exactly as I was expecting it from the advert and from the conversation I'd had on the phone before coming over. After the test drive, I was happy with the car, they charged it for me and did a full valet and clean, the payment process and paperwork side of things was very polite and professional from all members of staff that I dealt with. I also felt I got a very fair price for my part exchange vehicle and on the new vehicle that I bought. I definitely recommend the company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I visited the Enfield showroom and it’s easy to get to with plenty of car choice to browse. There is a clean waiting area where you can get a coffee and the staff are all friendly and not at all pushy. I didn’t purchase on the day as the visit was part of researching potential cars and the team made it easy and simple to review.

Not great from the get go apart from having a coffee - found all staff very rude unwelcoming and unapproachable. Messed about with price and then got very shirty when refused any "add ons" we had to see ourselves out of the place !! After spending a substantial amount of money coming away instead of feeling happy about our new purchase feeling flat, deflated and regretful. Will
Not use again and neither will our friends or family.

Nice car. Good price, salesman let the team down.
Was giving incorrect ambiguous information and was far more interested in his Finance commission than he was in actually showing and selling the car.
Didn’t have any trust in him or what he was saying.
Great shame. Left the place and purchased a car elsewhere same day.

Very polite. Fair deal

Using their online calculator, we were quoted a range of £9.5-£11.5 for our old car in a part exchange. I cross-checked several sources and knew this was a fair range and expected to get nearer the lower end due to some alloy scuffs and paint scratching, etc. But when it came time to sit down after a carefully coreographed and limited test drive and a sales spiel on the various cosmetic upgrade options, the salesman only offered £7.5. I explained that it should be £10something and I wasn't going to entertain any ony offer less than six figures. He responded with shallow arguments about the costs of making the car show room ready, eventually going to talk to the manager and raising the offer by a few hundred and throwing in the cheapest of the cosmetic upgrades. I was quite annoyed as I had made it perfectly clear that I placed zero value on those upgrades and that I would not entertain anything less than £10. So I walked away. I felt scammed by their online price calculator and realworld salesperson click & bait tactic.

A couple of days later, I had sold my car for £10,300 hasslefree via Motorway and bought an almost identical car from Carsa £1k cheaper without any hard sell tactics, saving myself almost £3k.

I only wish I'd also saved myself the time and effort of trying to deal with Big Motoring World. Big Scammers World, more like.

Pleased with the car but the whole operation felt impersonal and hard sell. Misinformation given on multiple occasions and whole process exhausting as you get passed from pillar to post. Trying to contact the company after purchase difficult and responses still waiting my refund for the missing V5 Certificate

The process took 3 and 1/2 hours which was far too long. It should have taken no more than 1 hour. But I’m very pleased with my purchase.
