Good price and polite staff

Good price and polite staff.
Bought a Continental GP5000 STR for best price I could find from a genuine online store.
There was a problem with the delivery but the bike tyres staff responded quickly and politely to me (even though the issue was not their fault).

Great customer service.

Ordered some bike tyres which were sent out by Royal Mail but turned out to be Royal FAIL ! (Never arrived) Contacted the sales dep by email which promptly responded and sent me another delivery out by 24hr delivery which I promptly received , so all in all, very good price, communication and eventual delivery. Many Thanks.
