Encountered an issue and call Motor parts uk.. Communication with them was fantastic. We encountered an issue via the middle man ( parcel force ) due to false attempted delivery

Couldn't have been worse. The part was ordered on Tuesday and 2 day delivery was paid for. The bearings had arrived by Friday afternoon so I contacted motocross part uk who stated the bearings had not... もっず芋る

Bike was using a lot of oil, scored barrel was the culprit, I ordered barrel and piston on Monday had the parts by Thursday and rebuilt the bike ready for weekend so no missed riding time. Product is... もっず芋る

Couldn't have been worse

Couldn't have been worse. The part was ordered on Tuesday and 2 day delivery was paid for. The bearings had arrived by Friday afternoon so I contacted motocross part uk who stated the bearings had not been posted as they didn't have the selected bearings in stock. They had not let me know which if they had told me on Wednesday morning I may have been able to source them from somewhere else. They have wasted my £120 entry for the 2 day motocross I was entered for thanks. I will not be using them again and cant recommend them.

Morning Darren. Firstly, we are very sorry for the parts not being received on this occasion. We hold our hands up - the linkage kit was showing in stock, however we actually had the swingarm kit so we were unable to fulfil the order. We aim t fulfil all orders as quickly as possible and are sorry we fell short this time.

Morning Timotej.

Looks like this item was dispatched from us within 36 hours of receiving the order. It appears to have been held in customs for some time as the destination country is Slovenia. We would have expected the parcel to have arrived within the 7-10 working day delivery time after dispatch but looks like it has been held up in transit.

Delivery service was very fast ordered Monday night here weds morning. Michael rang me just to let me know my package was posted, also upgraded my part free of cost. He’s a great guy to deal with!! 110% recommend and will be using again!!

Ordered a new bottom end for my wr 250 within the next day it was posted to me in a box nicely packaged if you guys order form here you won’t be disappointed top stuff guys will be comeing back

Never got nothing in stock send you something else instead it's a joke of a company, I ordered a bodeen clutch casing for my kx250f £155 they sent me a boysen one just looked they Bodeen case still online and says in stock the boysen clutch case is £88 on 24mx they offered me £20 back and put phone down avoid like the plague go 24mx way better bit longer delivery but they onit these can't be bothered to update there online system what a joke of a company TBF
