As a long time cyclist in the Glasgow area, I can't believe I had not used Billy Bilsland Cycles before now. I purchased a new bike from them yesterday and the whole experience was excellent. Within 10 mins of entering the shop I was advised and sized up for my bike of choice (Pinarello) before being offered a test ride at the park across the road. "Just take it for a spin for 15 mins", I was told. This level of trust sets the whole tone for the customer service experience and I knew I was in good hands. As it turns out, I didn't need 15 mins. It only took 5 mins to realise that me and this piece of carbon fibre, Italian loveliness were meant to be.
Although the bike was off the display and already in immaculate order, it was given a further PDI and prepared for me to pick up a couple of hours later. I was expertly guided through the process of how to look after my bike and invited to return it for its first check up in a few weeks time. I was also made aware of the various after sales benefits of being a BB customer.
The best way to sum up the experience? These guys relieved me of a significant amount of money (willingly, of course 😀) and I still left the shop with a huge smile on my face. Superb experience.

Brilliant service from these guys! Brought my bike in for a few things needing done, agreed I would pick up same time next day. Literally, 2 hours later I had a text from Ryan telling me bike was ready! Bike now goes like a dream, & wouldn't hesitate going back in future. Cheers guys!

It is always a pleasure to deal with Billy Bilsland Cycles. Neil and his staff are all friendly, knowledgable, give good advice and you can trust them not to oversell. They let me try the gravel bike I thought I wanted but then suggested that I try a different bike. Not only was it better suited to my needs but it was cheaper too and I'm delighted with it.
I get all my bikes serviced here and now wouldn't go anywhere else. I can recommend them for bike fitting too. My wife suffered chronic knee pain while cycling but after a bike fit from Barry she's cured!

The team went above and beyond to help get me back out on the road ASAP.

I have lost count of the number of bikes I have bought both from LBS and online direct sales. These guys top the lot. I was wanting a custom build and there were numerous changes to the spec along the way but nothing was too much trouble or an issue. Every staff member I dealt with were very warm, friendly and professional. They know their stuff.
I am extremely impressed with my new Cervelo Soloist. Probably the happiest I have been with any bike purchase. . They really looked after me from the start to the finish of the journey and I will be recommending them to anyone looking for a new bike or any other bike related service.

Excellent service when purchasing a new bike. Wife was able to try 3 bikes out with no pressure on her to make a decision. Further, she had a mini bike fit to ensure she was comfy

I phoned . About my bike seat being too high and they told me to bring the bike in on Saturday 13 4 24 and the helpful staff told me that the seat was ok for my height and it was the handle bars that needs adjusting the bike is fine now and will be back in the future great service TNolan

Shop informed when shipped earlier than stated on the website and it arrived earlier than expected. Well packaged. I would buy from them again.
