The best bike shop in the country. Neil and his team offer outstanding customer service with their highly enthusiastic knowledge of the cycling industry. I have bought several bikes from Bilsland over the years for my family and myself where the team have given expert guidance to find the right bike for my requirements. From my kids growing up to my own needs from gravel, road and cycling to work. The bikes, parts and accessories offered by Bilsland are of the highest calibre and always exceed expectations. The team are always super friendly and will look after you for life. I cannot recommend Billy Bilsland highly enough.

I’ve been a regular customer for a long time. I get great advice and very rapid service at a good price. They stock a wide of bikes - road, gravel. Mtb and are always happy to help find what you need. Best bike shop in Glasgow, by a mile. Highly recommended

Bought Look Huez from Billy's late last year the bike is amazing just like the staff everything was perfect from the test rides on a few bikes I was considering to buy, sales team,mechanics that built up my bike, bike fit, cannot fault any part of the service would always recommend to anyone looking to buy a bike ,parts or looking for advice

I highly recommend Billy Bilsland Cycles. We bought a bike for our ever growing 5 year old and they built it for us and delivered it to us (we are fairly local to the shop). Josh even sized it up for our daughter whilst adhering to safe social distancing and wearing a mask. He also gave us some hints and tips on looking after the bike too. All done within a few days from order. Great service.

I would highly recommend Bilslands, they've helped guide my bike purchases, upgrades and kept my bikes running sweet. I've also had a specialist bike fit there for my track and road bike which required different set ups and which helped alleviate some knee pain I was experiencing. They've always turned my bike repairs around in a short timescale for me so I can commute home and I always find the team welcoming and happy to chat about all things bike. I tend not to buy online as I really value their input which is always honest on the best products that suit the type of riding that I do.

I’ve been going into Bilsland Cycles for a few years now, for everything from an inner tube, bikes for my two children, to a custom built, full suspension mountain bike, and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff are brilliant, really helpful, and from personal experience, no customer questions are too daft! Great shop!

I went for the first bike service last Saturday and cause I live in Greenock and don't drive they serviced that day all I had to do was hang around for A couple of hours. Great team of guys and a good shop into the bargain 👍very happy

This is the best LBS in Scotland - possibly the UK! The staff are pleasant and knowledgeable, always willing to go the extra mile to help. The mechanics are excellent and super helpful. It is easy to book bikes in for repairs despite the chaos of the pandemic. If you are going to buy a bike, buy one from these guys. They will really look after you!

We had great service from the beginning. Apart from quality advice through the buying process, they delivered out on the West Coast. After a minor guarantee problem, they resolved this for us quickly and again picked up and re-delivered one of the pair. Couldn’t ask for more for an honest, open, direct and great quality approach.

The service provided is absolutely brilliant, the staff are extremely knowledgeable and offer a complete service from buying your bike to after care. It's great that you can change the bike to make it completely to your liking, it's great you can try the bike before you buy it and knowing that the staff just want the best for you. The staff all have a passion for what they do and nothing is hassle, they always put the customer first and give you real confidence in the bike and service. You are always made to feel like part of the family. Best bike shop ever. It is also very LGBT+ friendly, definite allies, safe space to shop.

The staff are incredibly knowledgable across so many types of bike. They get to know your cycling habits and therefore can give you advice tailored to your particular needs. As the staff are all keen and experienced cyclists themselves, and have expert knowledge across all bike brands (from high end to more entry level) you can really trust what they say They are always friendly and really willing to please and go the extra mile, and try and fit you in even when they are super busy (under Covid) - and if they cant fit you in they are really honest at communicating so they manage your expectations on time frame. Awesome customer service all round. The bike fit I had a year ago was amazing - fixed many niggles with my riding position and I've never looked back.

I am so glad this is my go-to bike shop. I have been a regular there for several years, have built up a relationship, and would struggle to see why I would want to go anywhere else.
