Major cause for concern!

A lady called jade t contacted me on daily mail facebook to sell me weight loss drug Retatrutide through bio blue. Added me to a group chat, ordered. Should have been here today latest and i still have no tracking num, expressed i was worried about it being a scam upon reading others reviews just now. Several people jumped on me in the group chat for being concerned i was being scammed. Kicked me out of the group chat, i said nothing untoward, then one ambassador messaged me more hate privately. Another ambassador has changed his whatsapp to a completely different person. Who knows if it will ever arrive but the customer service and dodgeyness of the group chat ie dissappearing messages and having a go at people for using key words like Retatrutide when they were never warned its illegal before purchase so werent to know!! Really bad company and everyone in the group chat seem like theyre trying to sell it, or kicked if they express any issues! I have all evidence. Half of the positive reviews on here are written by ambassadors in the group chat! Joey keeps displaying as a different man. Very very dodgey!

First, we want to make clear that nobody should feel uncomfortable or pressured for asking questions about an order. It’s completely understandable to request updates or reassurance regarding tracking and delivery, especially when waiting for a parcel.

The WhatsApp and Facebook support groups are community-led environments and can sometimes become fast-moving discussions between members. However, we do not condone hostile behaviour, personal attacks, or anyone feeling dismissed for raising genuine concerns. We will review the interactions mentioned internally.

Regarding the change of profile photos/names on WhatsApp, ambassadors and members may update personal accounts at their own discretion, but we understand how this may appear concerning when viewed alongside delivery delays.

Your order status can be checked directly through the support team rather than through group chats, and we recommend keeping communication through official support channels for clarity and privacy.

We also take feedback seriously regarding moderation within community groups, disappearing messages, and how product terminology is discussed. We understand this may have caused confusion and frustration.

If you still have not received tracking information, please send your order reference directly to the support team so this can be investigated properly for you.

Absolutely shambles.

Absolutely shambles.
Medication is pure water, people get no results, shambolic deliveries, says 6 months expiry date while kept in the fridge from the day of delivery, despite the fact that use by date is only 3 months - raised this with owner as well as sales team to be ignored. No fridge extends the life span of this type of medication. Been deleted of their „support group” that is not very supportive because I didn’t mind speak the truth that was hard to swallow. Admin team is just a cliquey team who is saying what they’ve been told to say and ignoring messages they know are right but can’t comment on. Will be cheaper if you injected tap water - would save you money with the same effect. Avoid!

We strongly dispute claims regarding product quality. Our products are prepared under controlled procedures and we do not supply “tap water” or inactive products. Individual experiences can vary, however product integrity and storage guidance are matters we take seriously.

Regarding expiry guidance, refrigeration recommendations and usage periods can differ depending on handling, storage conditions, and the specific product supplied. We are always happy to clarify this directly with customers where needed.

Our support groups are moderated to keep discussions respectful and constructive for all members. Removal from groups may occur where conversations become disruptive or breach group rules.

NOT legit stuff in the pens even in the group chat people are saying they've lost nothing and being told they cannot be doing it right, it's cheap for a reason pay more get better results!!

Replying to your excuse, that's very clearly not true the people on the group chat are horrible to one another bullying etc it very much is fake otherwise people would be loosing weight there was over 100 people in that group chat loosing o weight that is NOT real reta

We understand that not every customer will have the same experience, however claims that products are “not legit” are simply untrue. We would not continue operating if we knowingly supplied ineffective or falsely represented products.

Group chats naturally contain a mix of experiences, questions, and opinions. Different individuals follow different routines, expectations, storage methods, and usage approaches, which can all affect personal outcomes. That does not automatically mean a product is “fake” because someone did not achieve the result they personally expected.

Price does not determine legitimacy. We aim to keep pricing accessible while maintaining quality standards, rather than inflating prices for marketing purposes.

Bioblue trust worthy and genuine

Been with bioblue now for several months. The support group is fabtatsiv genuine people with genuine stories and help with weight loss and cosmetics.
The ambassadors are honest and caring and have done plenty of research to ensure their advice is trust worthy. The company is swift at delivery and the products are as advertised never a complaint from me and I have experienced incredible results. 4.5 stone lost and feeling like a younger healthier version of myself.
