I love this product. I felt good while using it. The longer I used it the better I felt. I dislike the packaging. The glass tube are horrible. Too often I had bits of glass in the bottom of my drinking glass. Glass bottles with a dosage guide would be better for me personally. After using the product 4 months I changed to a different product, company because of those frustrating glass tubes.

The Biocol Liver Cleanse is amazing. I love the taste and the cute vials it comes in. I saw a noticeable difference just after 1 week. I'm definitely using it again.

I have been on the liver cleanse ampules on and off for about half a year now. My doctor said I had fatty liver and didn't want to take more pills, so I found this online. The price is great, the ease of use is super - first thing in the AM with breakfast, the taste is zero, and it couldn't be easier to use. The best part is that I can actually see my insulin belly shrink down again. I continue to use it and see the same results monthly.

Happy customer for many years now. I tried pretty much all the products and my favourites are Something for a Detox and Something for drinking (life saver when you are not in your 20s anymore).
They ship to UK very quickly with the tracking available. Once I got my order damaged by courier and they replaced it. So not even once they failed to me.

I researched natural methods for treating a diagnosis of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. My labs were normal at time of diagnosis. I have not noticed any real changes since starting the 28-day detox but my labs remain normal, which is a positive sign. I have always received my subscription items on time. Customer service has been good and helpful. I am hopeful that continued use will bring other positive changes.

At no time, have I seen any glass fragments in the liquid I am drinking. The ends of the tube snap off cleanly.

This product is good in theory, but it doesn’t work. I’m a clinical nutritionist and naturopath. I have liver detox products that work, and this one hands down does not. The packaging is also a safety hazard. They give you the liquid in a glass container, which they tell you to run under hot water and then break in your hands with a hand towel. What in the hail?? I tried that and almost cut myself. I then started using the end of a utensil handle to knock off the ends. You can’t just knock off one end. You have to do both or the liquid won’t come on. The problem with this approach is that there’s tiny glass shards in the liquid afterward. This product needs to be reported to the FDA it’s a patient safety issue that can cause microscopic lacerations in the gut lining and intestinal tract. Do not buy this product. Note: The company asked for my review via an email. I was not planning on sharing my story until I read the other reviews.

I’ve recently started a 14 day detox and I’m halfway through !

I couldn’t be happier! I have CKD with toxin overloads, so this was something to add to my holistic lifestyle and regime.

I knew I was feeling stronger and my bloat was gone right at the 7 day mark…but when my Personal Trainer mentioned a noticeable difference, I knew it wasn’t just my personal opinion.

If I could post pictures here, my before/after shots would say it all! I’m excited to see the final results in 7 days.

On another note, their customer service has been amazing! Even though it took 24 hours to hear back…it was worth the wait! It was a real person having a real conversation with me and answering my specific questions. No bots or Zendesk person answering with generic answers.

If i could give this no stars I would. I received my order 2 boxes of something for your liver, both had been opened. I sent 2 messages to the customer support email and got only an automated response never heard back about getting a new product. Had to fight charges through my credit card since I can't get a person to respond.

Signed me up for subscription I did not agree to. Also wondering if I've been drinking partials of glass for 2 months I noticed in my drink partials of glass

All these negative reviews surprise me. I bought their liver detox and my bloodwork showed significant improvement after just the first week of a 3 week program. I had no issues with shipping and they kept me updated on my shipping with automated text messages. I haven’t interacted with customer support because I haven’t needed to. I don’t love the glass packaging that you do have to snap off both ends (both ends are scored so they do snap off but it isn’t great) but the product is great! I was considering another one of their products and happened across these negative reviews - which I found completely incongruent with my experience.

They have me on a subscription I never agreed to products don't work waste of money!! Terrible customer service money back guarantee is a lie. The website is bs and they only post good reviews to scam people I just want my money back for order I never agreed to very disappointed

Sent product I did not order and charged me. Not answering emails. Stop any future orders and go away

Bad company. Sent broken product with packageing that looked liked it had been open before. Don't waste you money.
No remarks from company when I sent pictures.
I would not use this product.

I placed an order on the website and I never received the info to proceed with the bank transfer. A few days later, I received an email of "order cancelled" with a link to "proceed with payment", which I did with a credit card.

They charged my card, I never got a confirmation email of the order, or a shipment notification. This was on 25th of January and they never answered my daily emails - 5 emails so far.
This company STOLE MY MONEY, has a terrible customer service, it's unbelievable how they are still active.
When things go right, it's pure luck, when things go wrong they DO NOT CARE about the client at all !!!
LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM, TERRIBLE ETHICS, COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

No idea how this company keeps going. Products are reasonable but who can guess when you might receive them! Can take anything up to 6 weeks to arrive. Really bad customer service.

Products are good, customer service is absolutely hideous. Ordered on the 30th of August and was told after chasing them up there was an audit and deliveries were being delayed. I've been sending emails to try and find out when this so called audit will allow them to ship orders but I'm being told different things from different people. No updates from them throughout the process unless I send an email. Good products don't mean anything if customer service isn't there. Simply disappointing. I left this review on their website and surprise surprise it was deleted by them! Great to see how well they take feedback and how they're just trying to manipulate customers by showing only the good reviews

Product is delivered in glass containers that must be broken to remove the contents. You will find glass in the product that you are expected to swallow. Their customers safety is of zero concern to them. Customer service does not offer refunds and the company won’t accept reviews under 3 stars on their website. SCAM ALERT!

I ordered the product something for a detox via the website of biocol labs. The delivery was supposed to take only a few days but instead it took 2 weeks. When the product arrived to the post office I was out of town and the post office sent the product back to the sender. I tried to contact the customer service several times but they didn’t responded. I never got the product or my money refunded.
