I hate giving bad reviews

I hate giving bad reviews, but the product is essentially concentrated apple juice branded really well. After wanting to cancel subscription, the journey to cancel my subscription has taken since MAY (it’s now July) while they continue to charge me for product because it’s a subscription and they won’t cancel even though i’ve requested, I have to now report my card. I’m 15 emails in (no exaggeration) and they keep sending an email via AI vs a real human to cancel even though i’ve requested a human, the human is still disconnected.

As a reminder, with a monthly subscription you are always in full control and can cancel at any time directly through your personal account.

My day item came damaged

My day item came damaged. They refused to follow through on a replacement. Packaging was horrible. I told him if they didn’t replace the item they can cancel my subscription so they did do not recommend at all.

DO NOT ORDER FROM BIOCOL!!! They use predatory practices to keep charging your card and it's gotten even worse. They are now telling me they will not cancel bc I am on an agreement plan. I've ordered from here before and have never had this. Also when you go to order, they automatically put you on a subscription, many are not aware of now they are telling me they refuse to cancel!!
It's a shame bc they don't have a bad product, though I subscription see a significant difference, just feeling better after drinking. ... but this is ridiculous and I don't think ANYONE should ever order from here.

Scammed by Unauthorized Subscription Charge - No Response

I had ordered from Biocol Labs in the past and was satisfied with earlier purchases, which is why I was shocked and disappointed when they fraudulently enrolled me in a subscription this time without my knowledge, consent, or awareness. I only discovered the subscription when I received an automated shipping notification that my order was on its way. Shortly afterward my Wells Fargo debit card was charged $148.50.

When I tried to resolve the issue I called Biocol Labs and reached an answering machine; I left a voicemail with the order number and my contact information and waited for a call back that never came. The order was delivered; I ran after the delivery driver, rejected the delivery in person, and explicitly refused to accept the package. Despite rejecting the delivery, Biocol Labs has not refunded the $148.50.

I emailed Biocol Labs three separate times explaining the situation and requesting a refund; I never received a response to any of those emails. I also opened a dispute with Wells Fargo, but they informed me they lost the dispute and that I cannot refile it. Because my bank dispute was denied and Biocol Labs has not responded or issued a refund, I will be filing a complaint with the CFPB and my state attorney general.

Biocol Labs did send several automated emails about an issue with my charge card and later notified me on June 11 that my subscription had been cancelled for non‑payment, but cancelling the subscription does not address the unauthorized charge or the rejected delivery. I have seen reports online that this is a recurring issue for other customers; in my research I found a scam rating of 17 out of 100, which increased my concern.

This experience has destroyed my trust in a company I had previously purchased from. I do not recommend Biocol Labs. If you value responsive customer service and protection against unauthorized charges, avoid doing business with this company based on my experience.

No product, fraudulent delivery

I don’t know if this has more to do with the company or their chosen delivery services but after for or five “delivery attempts” that never happened I still don’t have my package and will probably have to claim fraud on this company.

Scam!

I am certain I chose the one time purchase but have today found I have been charged again and seemingly signed up to a subscription! But wait, there's more... my first (and I thought only) order has not arrived despite now paying for 2! Surely this cannot be legal? Also, impossible to cancel through the portal and when trying to cancel by email told to do it though the portal! Total scam company .

Love the ampoules, really thoughtful about the environment. The product itself has been amazing, genuinely noticed a difference with bloating. Already subscribed!

Excellent experience with Something for a Detox Week

I decided to give Something for a detox week a try on the back of the holiday season, too much food and drinking and jumped on the subscription to keep the cost down a bit. I did it for ca 2 months and feel like it definitely helped 're-set' my stomach. I did also take other steps at the same in terms of better, lighter foods and I enjoy intermittent fasting, so it's hard to say how or where it made the difference - but the bottom line is I feel lighter, less bloated and I will be back to try this or other products again. The glass tubes are super easy to use - I can understand the apprehension with glass from some users - but it really is simple to snap off one end - and while aiming the open end into a glass - snap off the other end. Easy. Tastes quite good too! And crucially, when it came time to adjust my subscription; their customer support was second to none. Thank you!

I have canceled my and subscription 3 times! They still have tried to run my debit card! These products are expensive and I haven't seen the benefits from them! It's a nightmare, they have to stop!
