I was abroad and required 2 PCR tests in order to get out of the self quarantine faster. I have paid £100 and I was supposed to get them via the post. I have never received any test kits, my emails have never been answered, all the customer service emails are bouncing back and nobody answers the phone. Can you kindly refund me as I work hard to earn that money and I have never received the service that I paid for. If you reply to this review, I would be grateful if you can include a genuine email that I can actually get in touch with you.

Biograd are reasonably effective, depending on your expectations. Here's my experience with their day 5 test to release kit:

- Test kit posted by first class recorded, which 'aims' for next day delivery. Unfortunately arrived 2 days after dispatch but I believe this is down to Royal Mail. If you need something better than this then go with a provider that has a better postage service.

- Test kit posted via the return envelope into priority post box, arrived the next morning. Again I think the success of this depends on Royal Mail.

- Didn't receive my results within 24 hours, however sent a message via Facebook and they chased it up. Received my result around 30 hours.

- They responded fairly quickly via Facebook at all times

Not 100% foolproof but decent if you are flexible

We spent £600 with BioGrad, including Day 5 Test to Release.
Received all the packs fine. Day 2 test was over 48 hours ago and still have no email with results. Can't get through on the phone - Held for over an hour, 5 calls in total.
How do I know we will get the Day 5 results within 24 hours as promised?

I have received my packages with test on time . My result arrived within 24hr. I will recommend this company to my family and friends specially after a bad experience I had with different provider. Great customer service.

D5 test release and on D7 still they couldn’t track if the test was in the company because they told me that they can’t track the sample from arrival at the company to the result is done. On D5 I called twice to ask about the test instructions and no one answered the called when it says that they work 7 days per week. On day 7 I needed to call 7 times. They ask on the instructions to take a picture of the card and I called to ask to make sure everything will be done but no one took the phone. They sent an email with a code to activate an account but no more information about how to do that. I couldn’t find a way to open an account. They sent me an invoice and a client reference and apparently none of these can be used to track my sample in the company until the result is done. Completely unacceptable the service. No clear information. No answer the phone accurately. No efficient service. Completely not recommended. I asked for an telephone number to make a complain and they said that they don’t have. I asked for an email and gave me one that doesn’t seem to be an specific email for this due to the name.

When I told her that the company needs to register the sample upon arrival and be able to tack the sample inside the company at all times as the law requires, she told me that it is my responsibility and starts speaking about other things. Completely unacceptable. Treatment with the client unacceptable.

Bought day 2 and 8 tests a week ago, arrived to the UK yesterday and nothing arrived. I knew this was a BRITISH GOVERNMENT SCAM to enrich their party donors. This is madness that the government is doing nothing about it and they just taking out money freely and they don't respond to calls and email.
The UK needs a revolution against this is criminal.

08/06/21REPLY TO THE MESSAGE BELOW: I have emailed the email below yesterday and had no reply, sent numerous emails and phone calls with no joy. I am on day 2 now and still nothing received, my next step will be reporting BioGgrad to trading standards - Will be very interesting to know who is behind these testing companies who got Government approval !!!

Absolutely unprofessional, ordered a day 2 and day 8 package and they didn't send me a booking reference number until the day of departure after i called them to inquire about it (and apparently was very lucky to get answered). then day 2 pack came without pink request card so wrote all the information on simple paper send back and no result was sent to me as of today (day6) so i couldn't access test to release no reply to email and calls (I have waited hours on the line) and I'm now forced to isolate longer than necessary only because this fraudlent companies was very quick to accept the money and incredibily incopetent in doing what is paid for. avoid at all cost. they seems to reply to negative review so lets see if this is the way to have some information.

I have used BioGrad twice for pre flight testing. After reading reviews I find it hard to believe I have used the same company.

Both times we have been tested at the Liverpool clinic. This time I was anxious as my 3 year old autistic son needed testing for Portugal. The staff where outstanding and fantastic, even had him laughing when doing the test.

Our tests were carried out at 9:15am and we had the results and certificates by 9pm the same day

I obviously can only comment on my own experience which has been excellent on both occasions

I bought day 5 test (test to release) and after two days I’m still waiting for my result.

No one answering to my emails or calls. I tried to contact them on Facebook and Instagram, zero response.

Very bad service.

Ordered Day 2 and Day 8 postal tests - they arrived quickly, in good condition and I was given the code needed within 6 hours. Both results arrived well beyond their specified timeline (72 hours for Day 2 and 48 hours for Day 8) and I had to chase both of them via e-mail and social media otherwise it would have likely taken longer. Don’t bother calling because no one ever picks up the phone. So why 3*? I’m happy I got the results but I would have booked with someone else had I known it would be this bothersome. If you need your results quickly, look elsewhere.

You dont respond to emails or calls and there is no way of knowing whether you have received my tests as you do not offer personal online accounts to retrieve details. This is very frustrating as I am counting on your services to leave my household. How do I know whether my tests have been received and processed!?

You get strung out on the phone waiting for an answer which never comes. Test results come late and an impossibly frustrating experience on the phone to them.

Despite the negative reviews I was panicking as I am in portugual as it goes from green to amber list for return to the uk. After reading reviews on here I emailed the team and messaged them on Facebook both responded quickly allowing me and my partner to add on the amber day 8 test to our current booking staff where great and sent me the links so we could both book are test only downside is we have both paid £8.99 for the test to be delivered even thou there both going to our home and our first app is in there clinic thanks bio grad team for the help to get the extra test sorted panic over now !

I ordered the 2 day test, and when I realised I hadn't received the reference number 48 hours later I read the reviews and presumed I had made a really big mistake - However I contacted BioGrad through Facebook, and they responded straight away and they remained in contact until I received my reference number. They are obviously really busy but are working really hard to resolve any issues. Thank you to whoever the really helpful person was at BioGrad!

My daughter used this firm and has not received her test results despite doing the test on day 2 - now day 6 - can not get a reply from them - have tried ringing numerous times and hanging on for over half an hour - emailed too and no response. What a waste of money - are they a scam site?

Lisa, the person behind the FB, was amazing and did not leave me until all things were sorted.
Big thanks also to Mike from the clinic team who reached me few times over the phone and while this did not work, sent me a detailed mail explaining everything.

I've just had a great experience with Biograd, despite the negative reviews.

I hadn't received my reference numbers so I emailed and within 10 minutes Lisa replied to inform me she had passed on my issue. 5 minutes later a lovely guy called Mike phoned me to personally apologise for the delay and to assure me my reference numbers would be sent across. Which they were!

If you email / use social media they are very responsive and are definitely trying their best!

Absolutely horrible it’s a scam I’ve been waiting for my reference number for my passenger location form for two weeks now be emailing calling nobody is picking up I needed to travel since I’m travelling in two days and I’m pregnant and I’m getting no help it’s a scammmmmm don’t ever book with them

THIS BUNCH OF COWBOYS SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF THE UK GOVERNMENT APPROVED LIST !  I HAVE WRITTEN TO DEPT. OF HEALTH.
This firm was appalling, unprofessional and blocked all their avenues of communication.
On booking the Day 2/Day 8 postal test package online I got an email stating the Test Booking Reference number (essential for completing any Passenger Locator form) would be emailed to me within 6 hours. This was 5 days before my flight back to the UK. No email arrived.
2 days later I called BioGrad Diagnostics to get my test booking ref. number. Their automated phone system gave me "unobtainable" on tbe Covid test option. The option to speak to an operator brought a "not possible to connect your call" message. I tried for days and never got through on the phone.
I emailed both of their help email addresses and completed their online contact form. I received no answer from all three emails, over 3 days of trying.
Their Facebook page is down ;  their Twitter page is down. It is impossible to contact them.
Their invoices do not have the test booking reference number on.
I created an account on their website and found an example of a booking test reference number so had to use that to complete my locator form. I used that number on the blank forms they sent with the test pack (containing no test booking reference number or barcodes) and 48 hours after returning my Day 2 home test I got an email saying I am negative for Covid.
People are not able to travel without the test booking reference number, which they did not provide.
Bio Grad responded to me for this review - pity they don't respond to customers who try for 5 days to reach them and almost lose their travel plans and tickets because of BioGrad not providing the test booking reference number! My test was booked under a different name to my reviewer name and both FB and Twitter were unobtainable for days, and their FB still is unobtainable today 6 days later (just checked)
