Brilliant service arrived next morning after I ordered me so easy to send results,very pleased

To be honest I am only giving one star due to the speed at which the adviser answered my query via email.

The test result came too late for me to travel, and too late to be within the 72 hours required to travel when it did arrive, on the 5th day after I took the test.

So that is £58 and a lot of stress for the efforts. Don't bother go to a walk in centre which I had to do costing another £50 so that I could travel, and the test result came within 1 hour of my test. So worth the visit but the stress caused waiting for the test made my blood pressure increase and not good pre travel.

The guy who received the sample in the Mount Pleasant branch (11th Feb evening at around 8pm) was very rude and unprofessional and looked very unhappy about opening the door to receive the sample !! Not a great customer service

My result has taken over a week for the Day 2 test which I had sent off the day after I arrived. One and a half weeks later, I get an email with the result. Not acceptable to take that long.

I have done my test somewhere else paid £318 otherwise will lost £1000 for my ticket and all other expenses deposited for my holiday Really disappointment at the terrible customer service who fail to reply in reasonable time frame. There is no weekend service or customer service. Its a big disappointment do not waste your money. Unreliable results and terrible service.

Once it back the test was positive however we did a PCR pre departure and arriving at my holiday destination and i was negative both. Wr wasted £238 as my husband and son joining us later did not want to trust it. Really disappointment at the terrible customer service who fail to reply in reasonable time frame. There is no weekend service or customer service. Its a big disappointment do not waste your money. Unreliable results and terrible service.

Really not happy with the service as it took 53 hours to receive our test results meaning we had to pay for an additional test at the airport. We nearly missed our flight to our honeymoon!

5* service can’t fault them. Quick turn around. Very good instructions and technical platform which helps navigate a very complicated process.

We used them for fit to fly and return to UK. PCR Results came back within 8 hours of landing in their labs!

We had to ring the call centre and they were very helpful and only a short wait time.

Plus they aren’t Randox who we’re handed a £347M Direct award contract by a fraudulent MP!

The NHS discount was also a huge benefit!

Do not use this company. I booked for a PCR test to travel to Belgium. The test arrived, but it did not fill me with confidence that the instructions with the test had multiple spelling mistakes in it. The test kit did not come with a return label, so after emailing the customer services they suggested I write the address on the bag in pen. This meant I had to pay for £11.22 for postage to have next day delivery (Test was take on the Friday for travel on Monday to fit within the 72hr window). Biograd have only refunded me £2 for the postage. There was no one answering customer service emails over the weekend so no one could confirm if my test had reached the lab. I got the results as I was checking into my hotel in Brussels. I had to pay another £40 with another company to test the paper work required to enter Belgium. Do not use this company.

Easy process, received kit next day, received results within 12 hrs. Definitely recommend.

Easy and very accommodating staff. I made a mistake filling out the form. The team helped me to solve it in a short time.

Really helpful staff. Test originally booked by my sister who then couldn't fly; they let us reuse it for a trip some months later. Really responsive and easy to deal with. Thanks, BioGrad!
