BK Plumbing & Heating Services レビュー

Sadly the worst experience I have ever had, from my initial contact 4 weeks ago. My job was cancelled yesterday after I had taken more time off from work, I called them to see what time they were arriving, to be told they could not attend. It would be nice to have been notified.
Total lack of communication, 3 different plumbers on 3 separate occasions. Would not use again & would not recommend to anyone.
Plus I had an email today requesting payment for the job they did not do.
Unprofessional & not bothered.

Great service, reliable, on time and efficient.

This company was amazing from start to finish!
Easy communication and service and overall job was on point!
Thank you very much for helping be on such short notice.
I will be sure to call again!!

Knowledgeable, competent and cheerful. We will use them again- which is maybe the most important point.

John came and serviced our gas fire.
He did a great job, tidied everything up afterwards and was very friendly and professional.
Would definitely use this company again.

Sent an emergency plumber around in a few hours to sort my leaking pipe. Reasonable rates.

We had a washer leaking on our shower and then a leak in our kitchen sink .All on the same day. We rang and BK plumbing on a Sunday.Came out the next day as we explained we were going away. They came promptly All fixed, neat and tidy work, professional from start to finish. Highly recommend . Thank you

I highly recommend BK Plumbing!
Our boiler ceased firing up soon after the recent floods and John from the team arrived promptly and sorted out the problem quickly and efficiently. Full of knowledge and advice.

Got the job done quicker than quoted, proffesional, flooring covered so no mess.

Ben and his team were able to price the works in a rapid manner and get a date fixed to carry them out once the quote had been accepted. Price was fair. Happy with the new boiler installed.

I have been using BK Plumbing for boiler servicing and gas safety certification for a couple of years and I am very happy with the quality of service. The office staff are friendly and professional and appreciate having the same knowledgeable and helpful gas engineer every year.

Mine was a difficult project as it was for my nephew who has mental health issues. BK worked round all of that, making every adjustment to normal working practice necessary and even started work later to make the experience less stressful. The work was second to none and I would thoroughly recommend BK . I will certainly use them again for any work that I need doing

To much call out charge am very disappointed

Boiler issue was resolved quickly and they were able to come at short notice
