User Friendly.
The online shop was attractive and easy to navigate. The various poducts were displayed very tastefully and elegantly displayed. Descritions of thee were also very clear. The ordering process was very easy to use as well. The first packet, securely and anonymously wrapped, arrived within a couple of days and the rest arriving very soon afterwards. The items ordered, at very reasonable prices, proved to be of very good quality and elegant design. All in all a very satisfactory process. Many thanks.

My wife was not happy with the productâŠ
My wife was not happy with the product because there was not enough. Give in the material and I measured her which I thought was correct. And the size that we ordered did not fit her. She is a plus size woman. But not a plus size woman. If you know what I mean in regular panties, she wears a size 22/26 from lane Bryant.

Thank you for your feedback! Weâre sorry to hear that the item wasnât the right fit for your wife and did not meet expectations. We understand that sizing can sometimes be difficult, especially as fit and stretch can vary between styles.
We provide a detailed size guide on each product page to help customers choose the best option, but we appreciate that this does not always guarantee the perfect fit. Your comments are valuable and will be taken on board as we continue to improve our sizing guidance and product range.

Great Belts
Bought 2 great belts, but they were too big. The returns process was so quick! The replacements mustâve been sent out as soon as they received them. Ok, I had to pay for the return, but it was free delivery so canât grumble about that. The belts are lovely, well made and quite sexy. Great product for the price, and excellent service too.
