Hi Dejan, we're sorry to hear about your experience! After speaking with you on the matter, it appears the apartment number was missing from the shipping address you entered at checkout, which unfortunately has caused the delivery issue. Despite this being outside of our control, we've been in touch via email and have offered a full refund as a gesture of goodwill.

Sizes come up bigger than you might fear … I should have had a large perhaps even medium instead of the xl .

Be careful with sizing
The panties that were ordered are lovely and great quality, unfortunately according to the sizing information I ordered an extra large and they are way too big and as they can’t be returned it was a waste of £25.
