These people are scamming people out of the games with bonuses and they think that you are just an idiot so here is a little Infoamation that I found out this casino is not just a casino they will hack your phone and they the same people that call you trying to sell you a lie about the stimulus and say that you need to upgrade and they taking bitcoin mo ey and funds from you if yours is missing they are the one with it I don't care if anybody believes me are not I'm gonna tell what I know and they are trying to rip off the government and American people I have some proof how they did me and I promise you they are not good people they claim they are there to help you but the whole chat team is controlling everything and they think I'm gonna be quit about well no I'm not they problem the whole scammers of the whole internet they aren't just a bogus casino they will mess you up with your health insurance and your crypto currency too so you might not should trust that whole system cause it's all bogus and nobody is knowing it but I'm gonna be the one to say it and they controlling everything from health insurance to credit check places online and they maybe done hack you if you played here then don't play anymore they are doing illegal stuff and false advertising and they do not care who they hurt as long as they get your money and what is rightfully yours it's a big scam

I agree with everyone else here. I came on here to see if they have improved over the years and they haven’t. My experience happened at the end of 2021. They are scammers, once they have your card number, you’ll see random purchases on there that you swear you didn’t make. Your card being ran more than once for the same transaction. My credit card bill was at $24K even though my limit was only $12K. Maybe I put in $5K at the very most. All within a a week period. I think maybe I won a hundred here or there but nothing substantial. This casino literally ruined my life - four years later I’m still struggling. My credit got ruined and I had nothing to prove anything. They have to be running this illegally…please don’t make this HUGE life changing mistake like I did.

If I could rate them zero I would ! total scam you will never get a dime out of them. Car giveaway all of it's a scam and if they are giving a car away it's to somebody in Haiti I'm sure or from whatever Rock they're hiding under get your credit card bill and you'll know total fake. My phone died in the middle of bonus spins on the game I was playing. When I got back on, every bit of my money i had won had disappeared. Oh! No they left me 19 cents!!!! I will never play there again. I've had the account for years!!! And then I was treated like I was lying about the issue and the operator left the chat after he argued with me. They tied your money with "generous" bonus with rollover you'll never make. Even when you decline bonus they take their time when you ask for withdraw, sometime forever like my last request for $2500 is 2 weeks old and I have a feeling I won't see the $$$. Max withdrawal is $2500/week. It's hard to win in any casino but with them it's only beginning when you get lucky. Stay away.

Don't tell you anything about limit after bonus. Do not use any bonus at start.

I had made some comments about Black Lotus casino a few months ago I'm recanting every thing neg. I had to say then. most of the problem was me i was new at this and didn't quite understand how things worked ok now they could have explained it better but all the casinos on line are guilty of that some are rude as F%@& and others don't hear what your telling them some purposely set you up to fail and take everything now I've read some terms and rules not to bad to understand others you need to call a lawyer cuz most of us don't speak that court mumbo jumbo stuff as for black lotus there play threw wasn't to bad some want a 60x play threw most of them want 30 to 40 X and they broke there own rules I think to give me my money even though technically they really didn't have to I think they figured out that I was new to this and would be a pain about it all in all there all rite i go back occasionally as for the ones that set you up and tell you to do something and then once you do it that's it you broke the rules you get nothing I'm still dealing with them will see and then ill let you know witch ones an exactly what they did to make me not get my winnings if I don't get them I have a feeling you will be hearing back from me shortly

Would give zero stars if possible. Won 8000 and was able to get 1000 of it. I understand there is a pay through of 15K which I completed. But even then I am only getting a fraction of what I won... Pretty upsetting and sickening disgusting scam.
