Dont knock it, till you try it!!! This casino is given a bad rep and I think its from sorry losers. Yes , be careful with thier bonuses they can get yea!! So read the fine print on what you accept. but I had to play through our 20 bonsus the first time I played in order to get any winning. I didnt know any better at the time what I was accepting. Lol but ai got through it and cash out 4,000 from 30 bucks. And I played through at least 10,000.

I wish that I could give this 1/2 star or a 0. This company is a scam. I won funds back in March 2026. I won twice. I was given the runaround about receiving my first deposit which took forever. And the last one that I won, which was a whole lot more, they told me that I would not be receiving the funds. I have been trying to get those funds from them for almost 6 weeks. I just happen to call today and I was told that I would not be receiving the funds that I won.

If I could do a Zero review I would. I am very disappointed in this casino and it’s sister site Casino Grand Bay. I had winnings over a month ago and never got paid out. Every time I chat or call I’m congratulated on my winning and then apologized too for still waiting for my funds. I think at this point it’s a scam to take any money you can deposit and then you not get your winnings. Please proceed with extreme caution because they lie to you and let you down. I play once or twice a month just to have a little fun at home when I'm bored. I don't really like that the playthrough is so much but it's more about just playing for a bit. I like the slots games. I think the blackjack is completely rigged. I looked up the odds of losing 20 hands almost back to back by one or two points and it would be very odd or rare for it to happen as many times as it did. What bothers me the most is that if you somehow get through all the playthrough and after they take their bonus money back if you have any money you can withdraw it takes WAY TOO LONG to get your wire transfer. Every time I cashed out it was the same thing. Yes they process it in 1 to 3 business days but then it sits in a "flushed" status for weeks!! I'm currently waiting on a $500 withdraw and it's going on about 18 business days and that is not including the weekends!! When you ask about why it is taking so long they always say the same thing "congratulations on your winnings the finance team has approved your winnings and we are just waiting for them to release the funds to your bank" and when you ask why it's taking so long they give you some b.s. like this "the finance team has so many withdraw requests and they are behind" if you haven't stopped chatting with them by now you will get this line "I will send the finance team a request to escalate your funds" and nothing ever happens. Sometimes they will tell you that it takes so long because they are careful and don't want anything to happen to your money. The problem with that is that they don't take a bunch of safety steps to take your money just to release it. I won $1400.00 one time and only got $1000 because they said it was in the terms of the bonus that I could only win $1000 but know one could show me that rule. I do have fun playing the slots but it takes way way too long to get your winnings.

I won only $560 played with my money no bonus and 10 days waiting so far and no payment, nor any indication as to when I might get paid. They don’t allow you to speak with anyone other than their CS reps who can’t tell you anything other than they’ll escalate it. Which they lie about that. Every time their excuse for not paying is proved invalid, they come up with some other ridiculous reason why it’s not paid out. They happily take your money, no problem, but they won’t pay and won’t give you honest answers.

They'll accept your deposit immediately but will give you the run around for many weeks. I tried to withdrawal 1800.00 and will not receive one red penny! foreign fraudsters will also share your banking info. I had 2 credit card fraudulent charges. STAY CLEAR!

I won $1500 on a purchase that was purchased with my own money out my bank I cashed out $180 $1100 and 280 I got one thousand dollar deposit when I asked where is rest they simply said its not flushed state they said this for over a month then two weeks ago they informed me that they sent it to my account I still ain't got it then they give me 100 dollar play I win 3500 they take it all but 100 then it eats straight through that they are a scam and they should get sued for all of it

I would actually give No Stars. I should have realized something was wrong when I thought I was playing my local casino online, Encore Boston Harbor. Instead I was playing an out of the country casino. Who requires you to play out thousand before you are able to withdraw. Then you have to pay for wire transfer WHICH THEY NEVER SEND. It's in Red Letters Flushed?? I just read on another review that there withdrawal amount was Flushed. But Then marked Corrected? So I can only assume that customer service doesn't know what Flushed Means because they have told me it means ready for release which also is not the case. It's a Bogus platform. I suggest you download something from play store or you know is safe and you are going to get your money.
