Blacks - Basingstoke レビュー

Nion was incredibly informative and delivered fantastic customer service!
He’s a credit to Blacks 😊

Nion was very helpful and polite.

Good patient service and good advice from Jack.

Imy was extremely helpful in both finding a set of shoes that fit and looked good. She was very attentive and friendly, it made the experience very stress-free and very likely that I will return in the future. Thanks Imy!

Excellent customer service from Jack in Basingstoke. Very knowledgeable with advice for equipment for my child’s international expedition.

We went into Blacks basingstoke this afternoon. Imy could not have been more helpful, we would like to say a big thank you to her. She was very polite, answered all our questions. Thank you Imy

I experienced excellent customer service whilst shopping for a new jacket; Nion was very personable and had great knowledge of the stock.

Jack was very knowledgeable about the different options for walking boots (e.g., style; fabric vs. leather) and provided some top tips for working out the right size needed, ways to lace the boots for flat terrain vs. hill walking, and how to care for the leather boots I ended up buying. Thanks!

Great service from Imy and Nion

Had a pleasure of being served by John as I was looking for some items to help towards my ski trip I am going on this month and my knowledge on skiing is very little! John was incredibly kind, patient, and gave me some great advice on what things I could get to help me. More people like John please!

We popped in asking advice on good waterproof jackets for walking in, the guys (Saddia, Julie and Jack) were brilliant! They just did a great job, extremely knowledgeable on their products, really friendly and helpful. We chatted about our options for a while, we weren’t given a ‘hard sell’ but great advice, a breath of fresh air…….
Thank you!!

Really helpful staff (thanks John) who knew the products and were able to guide me in the right direction for exactly what I needed - at a great price too. Felt like an old school customer service experience… 100% recommend.

I bought a pair of walking boots yesterday. Jack was really friendly and helpful, gave me great advice on which were best for me. He was not at all pushy, just gave me the info I needed, and he was very knowledgeable about all the products. Bought them yesterday, took them on a 6 mile walk today and they were great, exactly what I wanted. Thanks!

Jack was very helpful and patient as I couldn’t make my mind up between boot sizes. Blacks had a great range of products at reasonable prices.

Nior and Harrison were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Thank you from a very happy customer.

I bought a pair of walking boots with the advice of Jack. He offered a choice of what I wanted and was able to professionally unwrap which would be the most suitable, without any attempt to unduly influence me.
Nothing was too much trouble. He remained attentive and his knowledge is a credit to his professionalism. Any thanks.

Served by Jack who was really helpful, knowledgeable about all the walking shoes and had just the right attitude for sales.

Thanks

John was both really knowledgeable about his stock and impressively concerned about the boots I chose fitting correctly, actually measuring my feet and providing a means to check that the boots were still comfortable when I was going up or downhill.

Nion assisted us today to buy a coat for my son, he was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Today we were served by the most helpful lady. The customer service we received was second to none and she couldn't have been more helpful. Sadly we didn't take her name but we understand she might have been the store manager. Whilst helping us, she was managing the store so well and honestly, we couldn't have been happier with the service we received. Thank you so much, our shopping experience was so brilliant.
