We had a great experience at the store. Jake was very helpful and patient. He guided us through different options, provided useful information, and helped us choose the best items within our budget. We were served by Marysia
We were served by Marysia. I was trying on different Gore-tex jackets, which meant she had to take off the alarm for each jacket. Marysia was very patient and kind, and we were there for over an hour, advising me to get a cup of tea before making a decision!

James had the nightmare customer in myself turn up today. Everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. Sizes not available until delivery made the next, till roll ran out as he was printing my receipt. James did a great job with helping, with all the issues. Stilled smiled. Well done fella.

Very helpful young man
Very helpful young man helped me find a suitable water jacket without spending a fortune. I'm not hillwalking for hours, I'm rarely out for more than an hour, and I needed lightweight. He showed me how to fold it if I wanted to put it in a bag.
It's a Peter Storm called Downpour on the receipt. I'm very happy with both the service and the purchase!
I left in fine weather, coat in bag. It started to rain. I put my new jacket on. It began to absolutely pour. I sought shelter. My bus arrived: my trousers and shoes got soaked as I ran to the bus, but my jumper remained dry!

Jake was really helpful
Jake was really helpful, friendly & knowledgeable in helping me find walking shoes. Never had a bad experience at this store. The Scout Leader discount is also VERY handy! Would highly recommend.
