Is a very good jacket

Had a great experience in the Lincoln store 091 a couple of days ago. Alex was helpful and knowledgeable about all the products and he went above and beyond to help out. I was very impressed and left the store smiling and delighted with my purchase. THANK YOU .

Went in wednesday and was looked after by a great young bloke.
I was in my disabled buggy and that didn't phase him either way.
I bought 2 shirts a jacket and a coat.
He was very helpful, and may I say all staff were very professional.

Today my daughter and I visited Blacks for the first time. My daughter needed hiking boots for university and was on a fixed budget. Never having bought hiking boots before we talked to the assistant (Jenny) several times. She was everything you would want from a technical advisor and is a credit to Blacks. She spoke candidly about products whilst remaining friendly and professional. She was patient and genuinely cared about our purchase. A second assistant served us when we bought the boots and he was just the same. I will be using Blacks from now on. Thank you.

I wanted to order a 3 in 1 jacket, I rang the store to see if they had one in stock, they didn’t. So Natalia said that if I ordered one in store it would be free delivery to the store. She did it all for me and it was delivered when they said it would be. When I collected it Alex was great. Fantastic customer service from both members of staff. Keep up the good work!

Great experience, I was looking for something to protect my electronics from the rain whilst out hiking.

Good range of products, very helpful staff, excellent customer service

I came into the store looking for an umbrella and was met with a very helpful and friendly assistant manager, Chelsea. She talked me through some options and I left feeling as though I had been listened to and with a very solid purchase.

I visited Blacks in Lincoln today and wasn`t quite sure what I wanted. A trainee called Natalia was very helpful and sorted out what I wanted. She was so polite and very helpful.

Great shopping experience in store today with Laura, friendly, good product knowledge and helped with my choices for upcoming outdoor adventure, Laura focused on my needs and not selling me the most expensive items in store, thank you.

First class service. I asked a gentleman if the item I was looking for was upstairs and he said yes and went up and got it for me with a very nice smile and positive attitude. The lady on the till was lovely to. Brilliant staff.

Amazing shopping experience! Went into the store just to have a quick look around and mentioned to my Dad how I’d like a Leatherman multi tool. Alex, one of the store colleagues, over heard and took the time to show us the Leatherman products they had to offer. Alex was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. We were talking about why I’d like a Leatherman, due to my job as a zoo keeper and he took great interest in it.
I walked away with a beautiful product at a fantastic price. The customer service Alex provided was some of the best I’ve ever experienced and am very grateful for his help.
