Didn't have what I wanted and 50 bucks of clumps is not what I ordered. My first time buying and probably my last. Another failure of a quality control.

Did not receive the 15% discount. Called and even spoke with the guy and he never credited me nor called me back. Will not be recommending or reordering.

Black stone customer service sucks. Horrible experience, you reach out to them and they don’t respond, you have to message them three times before they give you a response that doesn’t even answer your problems. I can’t review the products because I never received them. Do not buy black stone products from them, they will rip you off.

If you ever run into any issues with products or they find something wrong with a product customer service makes it right within reasonable means. Someone actually responds to emails. You don’t talk to a robot.
