The way they conduct themselves as a business is appalling and unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend to use them for any service and make sure to stay far away.

Absolutely appalled by the conduct of an agent from Blackthorne Utilities today.

The agent picked the lock to enter a property without presenting a warrant to staff or the owner when requested. The situation then escalated into a physical altercation involving both staff and the property owner.

Most shockingly, as the agent was leaving in his vehicle, he drove into the owner and continued driving for over 20 metres while the owner was on the car before driving away. Witnesses also heard the agent shout: “This is how we do business.”

The owner has since been taken to A&E with injuries.

This was an extremely distressing and dangerous incident. Based on this experience, I would strongly warn others to be cautious when dealing with this company.

Bad businessmen, owed one of my friends money, and instead of paying him he tried running him over. Do not trust and stay as far away as you can.

Terrible company. Will not recommend to anyone. Please save yourself and stay far away from these people
