As a private person I had acquired goods in the UK, and wanted to travel back by train to the EU with them myself. So I needed a company for the paperwork (customs clearance) only. From the very beginning, Terry and Luke replied fast and adequately to all my questions, whereas some other companies didn’t even bother to answer at all, or wrote I would need some additional document, which appeared not to be the case. Blaiklock also checked during the trip that everything was okay and made things easy for me. I appreciate their service and help very much and can only recommend them.

I thought I lost a box but due to Luke and Terry's efforts to pinpoint the problem, we located it. By doing this they sent me a photograph of the shipment as sent from their depot, and it was the exact shipment I recieved. My missing box was eventually found at my friends house and was not even part of the shipment, My fault!

Terry, Luke, Charlie and the whole team is very helpful. I am still very inexperienced with exports, and they are always there to explain, help and even if there are some difficulties with the shipment, they are right on the case and sort it out. Shipment to the US from the UK was organised very quickly, and communication from the courier to ourselves was instant.
