Customs Broker

Used Blaiklock's help to import dining room chairs from the EU, and so needed them to act as a customs broker. Extremely helpful by both phone and email, constantly communicative and helping me work through a complex shipping process for the first time. Would recommend.

I have nothing but great experience with this company. I needed help on last minute because of some trouble with my hauling company who failed to provide customs declarations. I contacted Blaiklock and they helped me get out of trouble, I had no idea what to do and they did everything for me, were always nice and explained everything to me, always replied to me or answered my phone calls or called back right away and did everything in their power to help as fast as they could. Big thanks to all of them.

Unbelievably poor service from start to finish. It has taken almost 6 months to get our shipment from the US to the UK and it's been problem after problem, zero communication and continuous additional fees. The main issue is the communication - we have had to chase them for each updates through the entire process. Avoid this company.

Terrible experience with this company. They outsource all their freight services to Fedex and have no control of your shipment. They entice you by very cheap prices but we have only done one shipment with them to Brunei so far recently and the goods were lost with no tracking on 2 of the 4 boxes and lots of false promises from the company.

Terrible experience with this logistics company. My advice is to stay clear of them.
The company did not do what was promised. Ultimately my shipment was damaged, and the company have not taken responsibilty. They paid out a measely sum, which did not cover the expenses I incurred. Whenever I try to speak to the director, he is on the phone, and not available, and never bothers to return my calls. Just rude. There was no paper work, no guarantee, and ultimately I found out that they used fedex to deliver my fine art work to a client.
