Well I phoned and asked to sort out my legal problem and the lady said she would send me me some paper work which never arrived so I waited and got nothing I had the money to sort my legal problem but for what ever reason they never got back to me even though they did my divorce terrible service and very picky who they take business from very disappointing i wont use your business never again so no problem if your your that picky not a good way to do businesses with potential customers not good if I could I would give no stars

A straightforward leasehold property sale complicated by freeholder delays. Once third party issues were resolved Zara and Michaela moved quickly and efficiently through the gears to a seamless simultaneous exchange and completion.

Joanne Edwards and her team were simply brilliant throughout our recent property (sale and purchase) transaction.

It is often said that you will need to continuously chase a conveyancer to push a house sale/purchase along, but the exact opposite was true for Joanne at Blaser Mills. She was clear from the outset with regards her fees, was incredibly communicative throughout and most crucially was pro-active - at one stage the transaction on our sale slowed (for reasons unknown) but Joanne was quick to push the agents for updates and provide us with advice when something didn't seem right. My wife and I were working to our own personal deadline, as the due date for our second child is the 20th October... the transaction completed on 26th September and I am 100% convinced we wouldn't have met our deadline had it not been for Joanne.

I shall be recommending Joanne and Blaser Mills to anyone that needs a conveyancer.

Timely communication and personal approach

Zara and team were excellent throughout the whole house move for my in-laws. Always professional and helpful. In particular they were very considerate of the needs of my elderly in-laws.

I used Blaser Mills for a complex property sale. From the outset they were extremely informative and professional and set some very realistic expectations of the challenges and timelines related to my particular scenario. This was appreciated as it gave me a realistic time frame for completing the sale. Overall, throughout the process the entire team were very informative and approachable. I had numerous questions and they were always happy to respond in a timely manner. The team were very accommodating with some additional personal requests that I needed to navigate and at all times expressed emotional intelligence and empathy.
