We have had an issue that went on for what seemed like forever, but when Haz got involved, it suddenly sped up and got sorted. His communication is great, and he, and his manager, Ryan Atkinson, are a credit to the Block Management Company.
I'd take VERY good care of them.

It's not easy being an apartment block management company, especially when your client faces a building safety, cladding crisis. As a volunteer director of the board that represents the lessees, I shouldn't give the impression that everything has been perfect, but slowly LBM has got on top of a very difficult inherited set of issues and turned the management around. But it is its handling of the building safety issues which has been, to date, five star. It has helped us navigate an uncertain path, introduced us to excellent major works partners and allowed us - at last - to believe there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Its been a pleasure working with LBM since 2 years, in particular James & Sue - super cool & professional.

I have worked with LBM for over one year and can share a very positive experience with them. I am one of the directors on a development that they manage, so I meet them on a regular basis and can see how they operate and work. They have taken on the management of our development after a it was mismanaged by the previous management company. They have so far been doing an excellent job by not only reducing the backlog but also focusing on future plans.

London block management refuse to answer questions (emails, phone calls etc) after months of chasing.
As a landlord, I have never experienced such poor service.

LBM has managed our building of around 80 flats consistently well. Our flat is one of those 80. It has been many years now and they have managed the complex stuff and the simple but annoying stuff. Some of the flats are owner occupied and some rented directly by their owners or through other agencies, it's a real mixed bag of occupancy. Recently they helped the leaseholders(us) buy the freehold from the original developer who was potentially planning to build more floors to squeeze more money out of their original investment. None of us wanted that to happen. I am often amazed by LBM's resilience; I don't think I could be so professional. You need a good management company; they are protecting one of the most valuable things you will own in your lifetime. Make sure you can trust your management company, especially in times of trouble like the cladding issues that the terrible Grenfell tower brought. They have served us very well; they know what they are doing and quite often go above and beyond what's in our contract. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a solid, hardworking and trustworthy management company.
