I had an excellent experience at the store, with the sales team being welcoming, caring and helpful to support me finding the right frame option for me having requirements on my vision prescription. Well done team Westfield!

Dua at White City was such a sweetheart!! She helped me so much and found the same that complimented my face shape, and she was patient while I was trying dozens of glasses on in different shapes and colours. She also answered all my questions. Very nice and warm experience ❤️

Probably the best experience of buying glasses or sunglasses I've had! Abdul, who helped me, was super helpful giving me guidance on the right size, shape and colour of frame to suit me, he was really pleasant and I was delighted they had such a good selection of frames for petite faces.

Martin and the team were warm and friendly! Would highly recommend visiting the Covent Garden store.

Great speedy service & the glasses are fantastic

I ordered with Bloobloom to replace a broken pair of glasses. The sales assistant said it would take 4-5 days as my prescription is relatively weak. It’s almost been 2 weeks now and no updates. The tracker is just stuck on manufacturing without any follow up emails mentioning a delay.

I found out after researching, their glasses are just bog standard made in China. It should be easy to pop in two standard lenses (-1, -0.5).

Very disappointed, as they just left me hanging without messaging to say there’d be a delay.

Really professional service

I had a fantastic experience with Bloobloom and couldn’t recommend them more highly. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Emmanuel, who served me, was especially helpful and made the whole process really smooth when changing the prescription on my glasses. He was professional, attentive, and made sure everything was sorted quickly and efficiently. The level of customer service was amazing and I felt really well looked after! A brilliant team and a great experience overall.

Excellent choice, knowledgeable staff and so many beautiful frames to pick from. Very good value for money.

The whole set up is brilliant. I had two home trials and made my choice of frames. I've ordered glasses online a lot, but these frames are really lovely. They look and feel beautiful. Really well made and robust without being clunky - result of good design. I am also thrilled that they donate a pair of glasses for each pair ordered. Just great.

Bought my second pair from bloobloom as I really enjoy the philosophy behind the brand and designs of the glasses. Had a really great experience both times and Abdul at the Canary Wharf shop was really knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely revisit when considering new glasses!

I visited the Bloobloom store in Westfield White City twice, and on both occasions I was assisted by Wael.

He was consistently warm, personable, and refreshingly honest. Rather than simply trying to make a sale, he took the time to understand what would genuinely suit me and offered thoughtful, tailored advice.

His professionalism, patience, and natural friendliness made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across service that feels this sincere — I truly appreciated it.

It was the free eye test that intrigued me first but when I went in all the staff was very attentive and helpful, especially Martin who showed me a range of glasses and helped me with advice and the purchase. Also really liked how my prescription was properly explained to me. Thanks guys!
