Blue Light Insurance made the experience of setting up life experience easy from start to finish. Ryan and Adriana were on hand to make the process seamless, taking the time to clearly explain the different options and providing clear recommendations for our specific circumstances, and they got the cover set up in record time. I would highly recommend their services, and having tried to use another company offering the same services, Blue Light Insurance were remarkably better. 10/10 recommend!!

Found cover when another insurer said no
Didn't have the smoothest journey getting insured. My first application was rejected outright by another provider, which was frustrating. Blue Light Insurance kept at it and found a policy that actually worked for my situation. No fuss, no being passed around. They clearly know the market well enough to find options when the obvious route doesn't work out. Grateful for the persistence. Would recommend to anyone in the blue light community who's hit a wall elsewhere.

One of our key values here is to bend over backwards for customers who (due to their circumstances) may find it more difficult to get covered, which was the case here.
We find many of our competitors simply give up and walk away from such customers... and this just isn't right.

Insurance advice.
I contacted Ryan for advice on insurance and was given good clear advice he was very patient checked understanding and made sure everything was clear. I felt confident in his advice and once a product was agreed we were able to get it sorted very quickly. I would recommend based on the clear advice and good understanding of what was available.

Blue light insurance has been so easy to deal with. Max recently contacted me to review our life insurance policy to make sure the policy still met our needs. It was a really simple process of answering some questions and I would recommend them to anyone.

I’m very impressed with the service I received from Blue Light Money. Maria was my primary adviser and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire journey, making sure I understood all my options. brilliant from start to finish there is not a lot I can say that will not be 5* PLUS for the AMAZING Betul and her devotion to getting the right cover for me!
Betual went above and beyound to ensure we had time to talk and her manner on the phone was phenomenal!!!!!! She was not pushy and knew exactly what were the correct requirements were for my cover and also had an amazing knowledge of the companies she was using.
I was a hard customer as I knew little of what I really needed and I was HARD to track down!!!! But Betul was both professional and understanding!
CANNOT rate them and Betula highly enough.
