I’ve been dealing with James Adcock-Kersting and he has been brilliant. My health insurance is due to be renewed, James managed to arrange my renewal with only a 79 pence increase per month for the new year. That’s saved me a few hundred pounds!

James, you are a Star and I will not hesitate to recommend you to everyone

He also phoned us back when he had checked up on a couple of things and made sure we were happy with what he was suggesting. He also made sure we knew what to do next. Very grateful for his help

Dear Mr Brown,

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your renewal experience.

We initially established contact with you on 2nd April and completed the renewal fact find. As your renewal was not due until 20 May, the usual process would have been to revisit the renewal once the insurer’s report became available around 20th April.

Following our receipt of the renewal information, we understand that a discount was requested from the insurer and it was identified that you had already completed an internal switch directly with AXA. However, we do acknowledge that we should have contacted you afterwards to discuss this and offer advice, and we’re sorry that this follow-up did not happen.

We appreciate your feedback and will take this on board as we continue to improve our communication and service standards.
