Disappointing that a company that offers virtual office management are shocking at email replies. I made an error with the initial order, yet UPGRADING it seems to be a real hurdle. You may wonder why I have then edited to 5 stars. As a business coach I work with a LOT of businesses, we all make mistakes. It's how they are dealt with that matters. This company nailed this - no blame, no excuses, no ridiculous COVID excuses, they just wanted it FIXED. That's good business and worthy a five stars. We all make mistakes. Well done guys, nice catch.

The service is exactly what I wanted and I have been dealt with professionally and efficientlly by every team member I've had the pleasure of dealing with.

Easy and hassle free service, loved how quickly I got set up, and everything was sorted out for me. A few emails, and I was good to go. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a virtual office in Glasgow!

I operate all my businesses from home so use the Glasgow office as a registered office address only for 3 companies and use the full telephone answering and mail forwarding service for another.

It works really well for me.

The registered office address is low costs and allows me to keep my personal address of the company record and out of the public arena.

The full business service is excellent. As soon as i get any telephone calls i receive an email with all the contact details of the caller and i can respond accordingly. The mail is forwarded a day later than i would have originally got it and suits me.

I have recommended them to multiple clients that also use them.

Blue Square offers company services and that's what you get. If only more businesses delivered what they promised.

Very well attended by Ann Leigh, paying for the service went very smoothly.
However today I received a an email with the Compliance requirements which I think to have a mail address is a bit much.If it was for a bank account I could understand but for a postal address?
Anyway, I have sent the required information.

She explained the various services in a thoroughly clear and professional manner

I was very impressed and the derives offered are superb and cost effective.

Have chosen Blue Square offices, the process is smooth and within minutes the process is completed.

Very easy to set up and was sent all the required paperwork the next day.

Very impressed with the service, extremely easy setup and less expensive than competitors. No better way to maintain privacy with Companies House. Can’t recommend enough! I was never asked to complete an identity check so I can’t comment on that but overall 100% recommended!
