Wonderful product. Best shipping of anything over 50 pounds I've ever experienced.

I did not receive an email stating that my purchase was shipped. I sent an email inquiry and a real, live human called and gave me an update. It was amazing. When I received my shipment it included instruction on how to use the glue. I have bought this glue from another company and had to search the internet for instructions. I am really impressed.

There customer service is very detailed and prompt on our purchase. Once everything was done we received the boat motor quickly. If I had any questions they were there to help!! Would recommend this company to anyone!! Thanks again!

I had fantastic service. The inflatable boat I bought was shipped promptly and the staff quickly helped when I didn’t have enough paperwork to register the boat. I highly recommend Boat Specialists.

Update: Read Boat specialists response... Again, they take no responsibility. Their review should show you that they just make excuses and I would not want to buy a $150k boat and have them make excuses. I will not deal with people with poor character that just make excuses. The only reason I was going to buy an Inmar from Boat Specialists is they offer financing. I have decided I will save a little more cash and go direct to Inmar in San Diego and pay cash. Inmar SELLS DIRECT TO THE PUBLIC and so does NORDIC TUG. They have MUCH better service too! Call Ryan at Inmar and go DIRECT! These guys at Boat Specialists are liars and cheats in my opinion. I'm sure lots of their reviews are fake. I'm guessing they pay to have Google reviews removed. Google - "can you pay to have Google reviews removed." It can be done... Don't get trapped in a sale with these crooks. I learned the hard way by driving there and giving them several chances to provide any kind of customer service.

I have not received a call, email or message from anyone there. The Manager is making excuses for their poor behavior and treating small sales like they are not worthy of customer service. This is not the first time I have had this problem with Boat Specialists. I tried to give them a second and a third chance and they didn't make any effort to provide any kind of service. Not to mention, all Kyle could do is whine about how I wasn't being fair because he said we are very busy. In other words I'm not going to call you back because I have bigger fish to fry.

BUYER BEWARE: AT THE END OF THE DAY IT'S ALL ABOUT MONEY. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU, TELL YOU THEY'RE BUSY UNLESS IT'S A BIG SALE. KYLE SEEMED NICE ENOUGH AT FIRST, BUT HE LIED TO ME AND GAVE ME WRONG INFORMATION ON A BOAT AND WHEN I CONFRONTED HIM HE SAID, "TO BE FAIR WE'RE VERY BUSY." GOOD LUCK SELLING ANYTHING WITH THAT KIND OF SERVICE! I HOPE MY REVIEW LOSES YOU AT LEAST ONE MORE SALE.

I spoke with Kyle a couple times on Wednesday and he knows absolutely nothing about Inmar Inflatables. I'm sure he will say "it's only $15k, I have bigger fish." He gave me wrong information. He said he would call me back and he never did. I called him back today Thursday at 2:00 P.M and he said he hasn't got a call back from Inmar and he's been trying to get ahold of them. I called Ryan at Inmar and spoke to him twice today. Initially at 7:45 A.M. Ryan was not in the office. The receptionist at Inmar was very professional and had Ryan called me right back and he answered all my questions.

I tried to deal with them a couple years ago and I could never get a call back. They were too busy during Covid and didn't need my business. I'm sure a lot of these reviews are fake and they pay to have reviews removed. I will check back.
