Great customer service

Called to ask a question about my achilles '88 ls-4gx for upgrade options and although there aren't many options for me, I was about to get some of the stuff I was missing to keep my boat floating a while longer.

They had the parts I needed at a good price, and I made a mistake on my order and they called me and corrected my mistake promptly. Thanks for the help boat specialists..

The worse decision we could have made


The worse decision we could have made was buy the Zodiac 310. It is only a couple years old and covered much of the time. All of the patches, lifting straps, tie rings, and bag holders have come loose. Today we used a handle and it came off. The vinyl has become discolored (used the recommended cleaners). The plug never fit tight and we always have a wet boat, we tried other sizes without luck. The boat looks old and now its in need of significant repairs. I called Boat Specialists and I was told that the 5 year warranty only covered the tubes. We feel like we got a lemon. We are considering calling consumer affairs.

Delivery was fast and the packaging was


Delivery was fast and the packaging was great. The motor did not have one blemish on it. Have not actually started it up yet, so that is yet to be determined.

Both my boat and motor were delivered


Both my boat and motor were delivered in a timely manner with no damage or defects. Everything worked as it should. There were no issues at all. I cannot expect more than that from any company. Thank you.

I did send a review my patch material came crumbled up how hard is it roll up nicely. Now it has dimples I have wighted down to press out I hope not good
