Jacob and his team had a quick turnaround in the custom ring they made for me. The customer service was great (super responsive via Etsy messages) and Jacob broke down the exact details of what I wanted in my design. I received CAD mockups of the ring and every detail was updated as I wanted it with each iteration.

My ring I received securely by mail is beautiful. The lab diamond center stone was of high quality, with the certificate to back it - I'm a totally happy customer and look forward to referring others to this business for custom rings and other uniquely-designed jewelry.

I am leaving this review with Trust Pilot as Etsy will not allow me to leave a review for a transaction over 100 days old. I felt very strongly about my experience with the seller and decided that some form of review was in order.

I had worked with Bocajnarima to select, customize and create an engagement ring and matching wedding band to propose to my now fiancé.

We were both amazed with the qualify and detail of the ring as well as the selections offered and the seller's willingness and expertise in helping customize the ring to be absolutely perfect!

I had done a lot of research and found that there was no comparison between the value offered by the seller and any sort of comparable in-person experience at traditional jewelry stores. One of the best things I have to say about the ring itself as well as the buying experience is that "If I had a million dollars to spend on the ring, it would not be any different".

Speaking of things to say about the ring, she gets compliments all the time even after several months of wearing it. I have recommended to all of my friends and family to go to Bocajnarima for their potential future ring needs. Every time people see the ring they cannot believe it was purchased online as well as the value.

I truly had a wonderful experience choosing, designing, customizing and then finalizing the ring with the seller. I would happily do it all over again and I hope that whoever is reading this review can have the amazing experience that we did!
