It took nearly 2 weeks to receive my order. Very disappointed.

It’s affordable prices and the delivery time is very short.

The bag of three bellybutton rings were plain, and I don't know anybody who wants a plane silver ball. I wasted my money.

I had a question about my membership and they responded promptly

0 STARS! I bought a screw in stud nose ring. i got this style so it wouldnt get ripped out of my nose and i paid $21 for 1 stud. It did get ripped out. I contacted customer service and they guided me through the steps to return it. he card I used for the purchase was replaced so I was told I'd receive store credit. I didn't receive it. I contacted them again and they apologized for the inconvenience, saying that item was unavailable. This was a threat of emails. I wasn't looking for the item, I returned it.

So I ordered one of the new horseshoe nose rings, and I ordered it to come with the tool to be able to screw it off and on and the tool didn’t come. But I sent them an email and they had it to me within three days, the communication was great. They responded quickly. I’ll definitely use them for more of my body jewelry.

Very disappointed. Bad quality. The plastic ball on my septum broke in half within a week.

I sent them back per the representative I talked to and I’ve never gotten my refund yet.

I got my jewelry promptly and my order was correct.

Shipping was very late, one of my earrings was also unpackaged and loosely packed

Everything was there just the one ring was hard to get the ball off of

Love this nose hoop, just wish I would have bought the 9mm as I re purchased the 10 and it was too big for my nose. However, the 8 fits not bad as well. Took a bit for shipping as I live in Canada but body candy has good quality jewelery & lots to choose from.

I accidentally purchased two of the same item and immediately contacted customer support for help. The customer assistant rep was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was constantly told “a refund could not be given. I had to wait for the item to arrive, ship it back using my own money. Then I would receive in store credit.” I didn’t want in-store credit and I didn’t feel it was right making me pay for the shipping. After about two weeks of arguing with this person, I ended up escalating and was in touch with someone higher in command. I was given a full refund. I don’t understand why it took so much work on my end to complete a process that would’ve taken less than a day anywhere else. What a slimy company.

Everything was good but the shipping took forever.
